OUTDOOR AMENITIES
- Pool, Pool, Pool! Lots of fun and relaxation by the pool and spa. Check out our pool floats, noodles and toys in the pool deck box.
- Outdoor patio table seats 6 along with an outdoor kitchen featuring a large gas grill and mini-refrigerator.
- Plastic plates and cups are provided to use on the covered outside porch or by the pool.

- Fast internet, a big desk in the downstairs primary bedroom and a small desk in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Or sit by the pool!

RELAXATION
- Do you like aromatherapy? Spritz a bit of the provided essential oil spray before you shower and let the scent rise up while you shower.
- Fully stocked coffee and tea bar! French press, water kettle, coffee pods, drip coffee, herbal tea, black tea, creamer, sugar, and honey. Wake up and enjoy!

HOUSE RULES
- No smoking, no illegal substances, no pets
- Outdoor quiet hours start at 10:00pm - We live in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
- We welcome families and small groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.
- Please no events, parties, or large gatherings. If you want to have a small gathering, please contact us to discuss.
- The exterior front door and back gate cameras are to help verify these rules are followed.

EXTRA GUESTS
- The house is set up for 12 people to stay at the house and spend the night. The listed nightly rate covers everything for them.
- For extra guests to visit during the day (up to 10 additional people), we ask for a $250 fully refundable deposit for any damage or extra cleaning needed. We also ask for a $5 per person non-refundable fee for the additional utilities.
- Please communicate with us when you are booking about your intentions for the number of people you plan to have at the property.
- The exterior front door, garage, and backyard cameras are to help verify these rules are followed.

SPA HEATING
- The house has a wonderful private pool and spa in the backyard that we hope you will enjoy. Access and use of the pool and spa are totally free!
- The spa can be heated for $25 per day. Not everyone wants the spa heated so we've lowered the nightly rate to allow for this and made it an optional extra fee.
- Please let us know if you are interested in heating the spa so we can set this up for you. It is very relaxing!

WELCOME DETAILS
- About a week before your arrival date, we will send a welcome message and email with the address and specific details to help your arrival.
- We will ask for you to verify your ID (drivers license or passport) that matches the name on the reservation and then we will give you your personalized front door code to enter the property.

LONG-TERM RENTALS
- Long-term rentals welcome and enjoy a discount! Message us to book and receive your discount.
- Renovating your house and need a furnished place to stay? We would love to host you! Message us.
- We can work with insurance companies if you had a flood or house damage and need a furnished place to stay.
