This property has 3 levels consisting of 4 bedrooms, 3 baths a separate office and is 2200 sqft. You enter the house on the main level. The main level has a very open concept with lots of windows looking out into the trees. The kitchen, Living room and dining room are all on the this level. As well as a full bathroom and bedroom with a queen size bed. The bathroom has a shower bathtub combo.
Main level has 1 bedroom with a queen mattress as well as, a queen air mattress, and twin sized floor mattress.
On the second floor you have 2 bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom. Each bedroom has their own private vanity and sink. There is a shower bath tub combo in this bathroom as well. The first bedroom on this floor has a king mattress. The 2nd room has 3 beds a queen and 2 twins. Please see pictures for the orientation.
On the lower level there is 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, an office and a huge deck. The bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed that pulls out from underneath the queen bed frame. NOTE TO GET TO THIS LEVEL YOU HAVE TO WALK OUT SIDE AND DOWN THE STAIRCASE ON THE DECK. There is no entrance from inside the house. The bedroom is on the same central heating & air conditioning system as the rest of the house plus it has an electric wall heater if you like it extra toasty. Please read the descriptions on the pictures to get a better idea of the layout.
Guest have access to everything.
We are only a short drive away and our available between 8 am -8pm.
IMPORTANT: If you cancel your reservation 31 days before your check-in we will refund you 100% of your payment minus the Credit Card processing fee of 3.9%. We also recommend all guest purchase trip insurance as it is relatively affordable, and protects you against unforeseen situations.
SMOKING FEE DISCLAIMER: We take great pride in providing a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests. To ensure the well-being of everyone who stays in our property, we strictly enforce a no-smoking policy.
SMOKING FEE: A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found within the premises. This fee is intended to cover the costs associated with professional odor removal and restoration of the property to its smoke-free condition.

This property is conveniently located right off Red Dog Rd. Which is 2 miles (5 min drive) from downtown Nevada City. About 500` up the road is Deer Creek Trail which offers miles of walking trails. This house is also very close (10 min drive) to the beautiful Scotts Flat lake. With plenty of parking for your boat this property is perfect for your lake trip.
There is plenty of parking on the property for about 6 cars. Being right off Red Dog Rd provides an easy drive into town or Scotts Flat. Red Dog Rd has a speed limit of 35 mph so not the best walking neighborhood until you reach Deer Creek Trail which is about 500` up the road.
IMPORTANT: We have one doorbell camera at the front door to help us with the check in process. it only records when set off by motion for small periods of time.

• Any payments you make are non-refundable. Please read the cancellation policy carefully before booking and consider purchasing travel insurance (Section 2).
• You are releasing JC Property Solutions LLC and the homeowner from certain types of liability and agreeing to assume certain risks on behalf of yourself and each individual present during the stay (Sections 12 & 13); you are aware that traveling may increase your risk of contracting COVID-19.
• This Agreement requires claims to be resolved through Arbitration (Section 17).
• This Agreement contains a Jury Trial wavier and a Class action waiver (Section 19).

2. PAYMENT TERMS & CANCELLATION. The total amount due, including the base rates, taxes, and fees are displayed on the checkout webpage for the Vacation Rental. A portion of your total payment may be due upon checkout, as indicated in the “amount to be charged now” line. The balance is due prior to arrival within the schedule indicated on the reservation webpage. Please review these amounts carefully. You may cancel your booking at any time, however, all amounts that have been paid prior to your cancellation will be non-refundable unless specifically indicated otherwise at checkout.
