Located just minutes away from the beach and just a short golf cart drive and walking distance to Shagger Jack's, Brewery, coffee shop, and other great local OKI shops. A private pool is located in the backyard. You don't even have to leave the house to enjoy fun in the sun. Fully equipped kitchen with lots of room in the main living area for enjoying fun family gatherings for great vacation memories. PRIVATE POOL AND Lithium batteries GOLF CART INCLUDED. Pool is not heated. Paid parking already taken care of with the golf cart. Note: If you receive a citation from the Town for illegal parking, you are fully responsible for these fees/fines.

This is my second time staying at this property it is clean and well stocked. While we did not use the pool the golf cart is a real plus we used that daily to go to the beach, groceries or just a run for coffee. I will stay here again in the future

The pool, the golf cart, the washer and dryer, the house! 7 ladies shared this place for 4 days. We enjoyed it immensely! It's stocked with everything you need... or want!!! Only one problem was the roaches in the bunk room which is close to the pool. We killed 5 during our stay. Hope to return next year!!

Nicely Appointed Home

Toni’s property was perfect for my family. Nicely appointed home with lots of details thought of for its guests. Great location considering you’re off the beach by a couple blocks. Well stocked kitchen. Pool was clean and had plenty of chairs. Golf cart was wonderful and was a straight shot to a beach access that had the included parking. Convenient to several restaurants and shops, and short ride to Southport. Wonderful communication throughout our stay including a welcome gift as you arrived. We hope to be back next year!

Loved staying at this property with our two young kids! The pool was the perfect size for the kids to play in and the golf cart was by far our favorite thing! Restaurants are a 1-3 min golf cart ride from the house and the beach also a mere 3 min golf cart ride. Golf cart did have a resident pass and we were able to park at the beach for free. The house stayed nice and cool and was so clean. Loved our first trip to Oak Island!

Unexpected vacation

One of our members spent the entire time in the ICU of the local hospital and later in the ICU in Wilmington. Having a comfortable, safe place for our kids during such a stressful time was wonderful.

Family beach trip

Wonderful vacation! Property manager was already on top of my emails. I’m sure they got tired of me emailing. But they always answered back. Kids loved the pool and the golf cart! They loved going for a ride every night. The golf cart made it so much easier to get around without needing to get the car out for short drives to the shops for donuts or ice. Can’t wait to be back again.

Great weekend beach house

We rented the small beach house just for the weekend. The three bedroom one level home was located in a nice walkable neighborhood. The decor was absolutely adorable and felt homey. The livingroom furniture and masterbed was comfortable. The small inground pool and floats was perfect for the two of us. We didn’t use the golf cart due to the crazy weekend traffic. The home was perfect for us and we would definitely rent again!

Cute home w/ Maintenance Issues

Overall, my family had a great weekend at the house. We did encounter a few issues, for which the host was very responsive. Upon check-in, the lock keypad was not working so she was able to let us in remotely. She also sent over her cleaning staff to try to remedy the lock, which didn't work. We ended up using a physical key for the weekend. The second issue was we were unable to use the golf cart. Again, I contacted the host and she sent a maintenance person over who said we just needed to release the emergency brake (we did do that prior to leaving but by the time he arrived we were already at the beach). When we returned, I did try again and still could not get the cart started. This was a bigger issue because we paid a premium for golf cart use. I think of the three issues we encountered, the lukewarm water was my biggest concern. The heatless tank is in the main bathroom. The temperature on the tank reads 100 degrees, which is not very hot. We left early because we all wanted hot showers after a long weekend of pool & beach time

Short Little Stay

Wonderful amenities like the cute little pool in the backyard (private) and use of the permitted golf cart. Easy short ride to the beach. Good location, quiet neighborhood and a tv in each bedroom. Thankful for washer and dryer. Big refrigerator. Walk in shower great in primary bedroom. Enough space in bedrooms and living areas to accommodate our five adults. Made a few more memories to cherish forever!

Family Getaway
