Newly Renovated Long Beach Cottage - Ocean and Marsh views; 1 min walk to beach!

We are excited to share our newly renovated "Long Beach Cottage", a third-row home on the exclusive West End of Oak Island. It's only a 1 min walk to the public handicap beach access and sits directly on the marsh. The large rocking chair front porch has ocean views and the new screened back porch has a peaceful and private marsh view.

The living room has plenty of seating for all of your guests. There is a 55" smart TV and plenty of games, books, and puzzles to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen is fully stocked including a state-of-the-art water filter, 12 cup coffee maker, air fryer, crockpot and blender. The dining area has a large dinging table with comfortable seating for 8.

The LBC sleeps 8 with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are furnished with a King, a Queen and 2 rooms that each have 2 Twin XL mattresses that can be converted to a King for an additional fee. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, noise machine and USB ports for charging all of your devices.

The house has a fully enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower and a washer/dryer. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.

The LBC has been thoughtfully designed and well-appointed to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone!

This was by far, the best rental/vacation we have had! The owners are so kind and great with communication. The property is so clean, everything you could want or need inside the home. This felt like we had a home away from home and we are so grateful to have found such a wonderful space to spend time together as a family. Very family friendly, easy and short walk to the beach. The property was exactly as advertised, very clean, and spacious. Communication with the property manager was very easy and quick. A very short, 2 minute walk to the beach was a cherry on top. Would highly recommend this property for your stay.

Excellent Beach House!

Long Beach Cottage is an excellent choice! Location could not be better with marsh views and a quick 2 min walk to the beach. Each bedroom has its own mirror and counter space making it easy to get ready. Very clean with nice furnishings. Will come again!

Perfect for family, close to beach access

This home was absolutely perfect for our family. We were so impressed by the cleanliness and the adorable decor. It’s clear the owner has put a lot of effort into making the home a lovely rental. We really enjoyed how close this home was to the beach, and how well appointed it was: they had literally everything we needed! We are seriously considering renting again in Summer 2025! Thank you!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The house is perfectly located. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and wonderful marsh views off the back deck. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The house is very well maintained and stocked. We had everything we needed and more. The rocking chairs on the front porch were our favorite. Perfect for morning coffee.

Such a lovely place to enjoy the best of Oak Island! Nice place

The property was very nice! Just a couple mins walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and the home was very clean. The beds were super comfortable. We did have an unexpected issue with the hot water tank but the homeowners were quick to take care of the problem. Very responsive to any communication we had. Our family of 7 really enjoyed our beach vacation at Long Beach cottage!

Summer Beach Trip

The house was perfect for our annual beach trip to Oak Island. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, the knives were even sharp. The house layout is perfect with two sets of bedrooms and a bathroom on each side of the house. The large dining table allowed for everyone to sit and eat dinner together comfortably. The back porch was screened in and offered great marsh views. The location was fantastic, grocery store was a short drive away, and the beach access was only a couple minutes walk from the house. The owners were very accommodating and responsive. Hopefully this house will be available for my next trip to the island.

Look no further - book this home!

This house is amazing! The views of the marsh from the new back deck are breathtaking. The beach is just a few steps away! The owners have thought of everything to make their guests feel at home, from sound machines in each bedroom to a fully stocked kitchen. The beds are super comfortable and make for a great night's sleep. The home has a great floorplan, is tastefully decorated, and super clean. Don't look any further, book this house!
