Incredible kitchen, Sprawling backyard, the views of the 17th hole of Virginia Country Club golf course from the windows are fabulous. This Colonial Style home with hardwood floors and marble finishes, is located near the Long Beach Airport, 405 and 710 Freeways, and walking distance to Bake-N-Broil and EJ Malloy's. Located in Los Cerritos/Bixby Knolls, California, it is only a short drive from the Long Beach Airport.
Jus a 10 minutes drive to the Queen Mary and 20 minutes to Belmont Shore with all the fun and festivities the Southern California lifestyle has to offer.
Drive South on Pacific Coast highway for a scenic view of the ocean while you visit Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach and Corona del Mar. You can spend an entire month exploring and dining in the most amazing restaurants with your beautiful haven awaiting your return.
The stunning kitchen has high-end appliances including 6 burner Electrolux gas stove, Kitchen-aid double oven and a warming drawer. Counter depth, panel front refrigerator, trash compactor and instant hot and room temp filtered water system. There are two work areas including the farmhouse sink and the island sink. The beautiful Calcutta Gold marble and custom cabinetry make cooking in this kitchen an experience you will remember.
There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, including a soaking tub in the master suite and marble showers in all bathrooms.
The Upstairs master suite has two queen size beds and a walk in closet. Double sinks in the bathroom with a newly renovated shower and bath.
The Upstairs guest room has a queen size bed with a bathroom next door and the 3rd bedroom has a beautiful twin oak sleigh bed.
All bedrooms have a breathtaking view of the back garden with the golf course beyond. The natural light in this home is unbelievable.
Virginia Country Club Golf Course is private and golfing is not included in this listing. Visit Recreation Park Golf Course, SkyLinks and Terranea in Palos Verdes for golf. There are many other golf courses nearby that we can recommend them upon request.

This is our home and we have decided to spend time traveling and in our vacation home now that we are retired. You will love exploring Long Beach, our home is centrally located in the LBC. You can walk in the neighborhood, dine in the unique restaurants in our area as well as the surrounding parts of the city like Belmont Shore.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
Long Beach is a city with lots of style and character. Come to Long Beach to experience diversity, fun and great weather year round. When we were looking for a home we found this home on Virginia Road. We fell in love instantly and couldn't stop thinking about it. We went back for another look and in the backyard we saw the potting shed and stood in the natural beauty of the huge back yard and fell in love. We spent the next year renovating it so that it looked like the period of the previous home but with upgraded fixture and design that gives it the unique charm you will experience. We used the best quarter sawn red oak for floors, Calcutta Gold Marble counter tops and custom cabinets. We are so happy with how it turned out. People come visit and they say that it feels very cozy and homey but classy and beautiful. The lighting in this home is amazing. In the morning, the low light coming in from the back garden is so tranquil and a great place to have your first cup of coffee and start your day.
