The place was nice and very welcoming. The electronic lock didn’t work and the emergency number was hard to get a hold of. Other than that hiccup, the stay was great! Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had an amazing time at this home. Pamela was so easy to communicate with if I had any questions. She was great with sending updates on how to check in and out. Rooms were big and fit the needs perfectly for my family of 8. We definitely will be staying here again.

This property was amazing! Beautiful, new home in a quiet subdivision just a few minutes from downtown Williams. Easy access from interstate. Mountain views in the distance. Deer all around the property. Home was brand new, clean and inviting. I’ve never stayed in a rental to where I didn’t run out of essentials like garbage bags, dish washing detergent, laundry pods. We didn’t even have to unpack essential toiletries as they were provided. Beds were very comfortable. One of the best homes I’ve stayed in. Easy hour drive north to the national park. Pamela was a wonderful host- even decorated the home for my husband’s birthday :)

Grand Canyon get-a-way

While not as new as the photos show, it was nice! Close to eating places, the Canyon, and sky watching. The owner was great to work with, and very quick to reply whenever needed. With 7 of us, the kitchen plates and bowls had to be washed each day, but a purchase of paper plates and cups fixed that. Otherwise it was well stocked. Convenient to a grocery store, town, and activities. Would stay here again, with no hesitation!!

We loved this house and the host!! Spacious and clean, well stocked, and in a safe community. Many little extras provided in the house that made it feel like the host wanted it to feel like you were at home. Very close to everything in Williams and easy access to the interstate as well. Will definitely stay here again if in the area!

Grand Canyon Getaway

Fantastic stay in Williams! Amazing space

We had two families with two younger elementary-aged kids stay for 3 nights at this property in Williams. Communication and pre-planning with the property manager was outstanding, and we did not hit any issues with the payment or reservation.Upon arrival, check in was very simple, easy, and the house was exactly as we expected from the listing. Kitchen was perfect to do some cooking, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. It was very nice to return back to this VRBO after our day outings, and we would 100% come back and stay here again.

Beautiful Home close to Grand Canyon

My family and I had a fantastic stay in this gorgeous home close to the Grand Canyon south rim. The house was spotless and modern with all the latest amenities. It was stocked with everything that you need. All the beds were super comfy. We had snow several times while we were there, and the driveway and roads in the subdivision were kept in great shape to make driving easy. Just about an hour's drive to the south entrance and not a bad drive from the east entrance of the GC either. Great communication from the owners and everything exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay when visiting the Polar Express with Family

The house was beautiful and the location was great. My only suggestion for improvement would be to check on the cleaning crew a little closer. I’m sure you had some tight turnovers during a busy season but things like shower curtains and baseboards are quick to clean and make a big difference. I would recommend this location to others

Lovely home with everything you could need. Beds were comfy, kitchen was fully stocked - would definitely stay here again. You could sometimes hear the train horn but I think you can hear them everywhere in Williams

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

We were all very comfortable in this beautiful spacious home located very close to all the activities we participated in. Personally I would have liked window coverings on the windows by the front and back doors but if there had been, we might have missed the daily morning parade of deer through the backyard. We all agree we’d like to stay here again sometime.

Summer break getaway

Beautiful, peaceful and overall wonderful getaway. If you want to walk in nature you’ll have to leave the property to nearby trails because every thing else is private property otherwise you can walk the sidewalks. The actual property was spacious and super comfortable and they provided an out door fire pit perfect for relaxing around a fire outside. The game room for my boys was perfect and upstairs so I didn’t have to hear them much. Appreciative of Pamela for the wine provided and lovely home.

Beautiful home in nice neighborhood

We stayed here to visit the Grand Canyon which was about an hour away. The house was beautiful and very clean. It was also close to restaurants and shops in downtown Williams; which was also very nice and convenient. Ms. Pamela was very responsive the entire time. Highly recommend if you're looking for a nice home way from home.

Great base camp for all North Arizonan attractions

This large home was a perfect solution for our diverse family of grandparents. parents, teenagers and grade schoolers. Large enough for each to have their own space and yet perfect for all to be together. Everything worked; host was very accommodating. This was the first place we looked at online and it immediately felt like the right place for us. It did not disappoint!! Highly recommend for families!!
