Beautiful home in a great location. So convenient to anything you need. Definitely some traffic noise from backyard but it didn’t bother us. Didn’t notice it indoors at all. Hosts are very responsive. We would stay again.

We stayed here for a business retreat. It is a fantastic location. About 15 minutes from the airport. Great restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Beautiful backyard, patios and pool area. It would be great for a family as well. The kitchen was well equipped. Lots of room to spread out. The manager was very responsive.

Property was exactly as described. Good location to almost anything and everything to do in the area. Backyard is a 10/10. Host was very responsive.

I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO vacation homes, and this villa was hands down our absolute favorite! The kitchen was the most well equipped and stocked kitchen and this made preparing and cooking meals so easy. The house was extremely spacious and clean. There were 10 of us staying in this house and we never felt like we were on top of each other. We never got bored, because there was so much to do, bingo, foosball, PacMan & board games inside, swimming pool, spa, giant chess, corn hole, air hockey, & ping pong outside. It was the perfect place for our family to spend time together and celebrate our middle daughter graduating from Arizona State University. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely book with them again.

Home away from home!

Fantastic house with a great layout. Very comfortable and spacious, great technology, big TVs everywhere. The backyard alone is worth the trip. Well located and lots of cool little touches throughout the house. 5/5. We would return here again, happily.

Serenity Oasis

Our stay at this property couldn't have been better. It was as represented by Beverly and all the amenities were better than we were expecting. The hosts kept themselves available if needed for any questions that came up. Check in and check out was a breeze. The location was convenient for all needs and entertainment. We recommend and would stay at your property again. Thanks for a great time

Superb Location

Our family of 10 people stayed at this home for a week in March. The location of the property was close to everything we wanted to do while in Phoenix. The home is older but has been refreshed nicely. What we appreciated the most is that the rental included household items like, dish soap, dishwasher soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towel etc. The back yard is beautiful and the kids loved the pool. The only thing to be aware of is that E Camelback Road is a busy road making the front 2 bedrooms somewhat noisy at night. Overall a lovely place!

Family Birthday weekend

It was such a nice relaxing stay. Even though the weather was over 105 degrees the host was super helpful providing portable AC units even though the house didn’t need it after a day. Good communication. We celebrated my daughter’s 4th of July birthday and she loved just having all our family in the same roof as she traveled from Florida just to be with the family. We really did enjoy the pool. Bummer we didn’t really enjoy the game patio because of how hot it was. Overall good experience and the house was very spacious for all of us to stay.

Great House, Amazing Backyard

We do a “framily” vacation twice a year and Arizona seems to be our favorite spot. This was our 3rd visit and favorite house. Very cozy but spacious. Backyard was amazing with kiddos. The ONLY downside is that while it does sleep up to 14 (I think that’s what it says) people, the living room sofa is just not ideal for that. We are a movie crew at night and would have loved to be more comfortable and spaced out on a bigger sectional. We had 6 adults and 4 kids so it got crowded. This house is great though!

Highly Recommend

This property is amazing! The house is perfect for families or small group. The backyard is a 10/10 for all ages. The inside is perfectly designed and well maintained. The managment company did a great job from greeting us upon arrival to showing us certain features of the home and then they even sent us a gift basket on Thanksgiving during our stay! The kids bedroom is so, so cute! The kids loved the play kitchen and having their own bunk beds! Two master bedrooms was really nice too. It allowed my parents to be in a separate wing of the house and have their own privacy. Then, we could still be near our younger kids in case they woke up, but still had a very nice master and en-suite bath. Really, I can’t say enough positive things about this home. We will absolutely stay here again!
