Solterra Escape - luxury vacation resort living!

With impressive curb appeal this is a 3520sqft beautiful six bed, six bath home sit on a 6098sqft lot, situated on the popular resort of Solterra. There is parking provision for four cars on the private drive and advantages of staying at this particular home is that it is located fairly close to all resort facilities enabling the staying guest easy walking access to the amenity center where they will find a 6700 free form swimming pool with lazy river, spa, fitness center, volleyball, tennis, playground and business center. The vacation home itself has a south-west pool deck which backs on to an enclosed grass area providing the guest with the advantage of an area suitable for the kids to play safely in view whilst the grown-ups enjoy late sun in the evenings either swimming in the pool, chilling out in the hot tub or dining alfresco! The pool deck is equipped with dining table and chairs, gas grill, relaxing lounge seating and of course sunlounges. The perfect spot for unwinding or just having an alternative rest day to the busy theme parks.

Entering into the home you find yourself in a large family room with lounge seating and large wall mounted flatscreen TV. Impressive chandelier ceiling lights adorn, and hard wood flooring is throughout. It is clear family and friends getting together to spend quality time is what this home is all about. Through to the large kitchen area complete with granite worktops and island you will find beyond is a huge dining table comfortably seating up to fourteen guests.

On the first floor in addition to the family areas you will find a King bedroom with bathroom. There is also a games room equipped with a pool table, table tennis table and high-top game table. On the second floor you will find a further five King suites all with ensuite bathrooms. The primary master is absolutely huge and fit for a King or Queen! Additionally the home provides a small theater room perfect for the kids to chill out in.

This home provides so much space for everyone and so many options that if you were to choose to stay here you wouldn't really need to go anywhere to seek additional entertainment. That said access to the major theme parks is super close with Disney parkland only 20 minutes away.  The Championsgate area is also located just only five minutes away and provides an assortment of dining and shopping experiences. Parking on site limited to five cars as per HOA guidelines.

The Resort HOA charges a "Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee" of $35 per group stay for access to the onsite clubhouse amenities. This is effective September 1st 2023, and is payable separately on arrival at the Clubhouse reception desk. Pets are welcome subject to the additional pet fee of $225 plus taxes and pool heat if required is $35 per night plus taxes.
