This beautiful home located on the luxury resort of Solterra offers generous accommodation of 10 nautically themed bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, sleeping up to 22 guests. The home is located only 15 minutes from Walt Disney World®  and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Equally close to all major Orlando attractions, dining experiences and shopping opportunities.  The Solterra Resort itself offers a variety of amenities including a spa, a large resort-style swimming pool with zero entry slope, waterslide and a lazy river. In addition, guests can enjoy volleyball courts, tennis courts, and a soccer field. The beautiful resort clubhouse offers a comprehensively equipped fitness center, business center, and poolside café. There is also a designated children’s playground and picnic area where families can enjoy time as a group.

The home is stunningly presented offering an airy open floorplan tastefully themed throughout. You will get a great sense of space and light when entering the home, with open concept living, dining, kitchen area all leading onto the southeast facing pool deck offering a stunning pool and jacuzzi (heat is available for an additional fee) – plenty of space for your family and friends to visit all together! There is plenty of seating inside and outside to accommodate larger groups, including extended size dining tables and chairs and a ping pong table on the pool deck. The well equipped kitchen includes double stainless steel refrigerators and double dishwashers and there are complementary laundry facilities with both a washer and dryer located on the first and second floors. Bedrooms are beautifully appointed all with Smart TVs, this simply stunning home has the most user-friendly layout and offers guests 1 King and 1 queen suite bedrooms on the first floor with a further queen bedroom and attached bathroom (house), three king bedroom suites on the second floor, and a further king and queen bedrooms, plus a twin room and a room with two large full size beds. Also upstairs is a huge flex area offering an additional hang out area for the kids.

The Resort HOA charges a "Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee" of $45 per group stay for access to the onsite clubhouse amenities. This is effective September 1st 2023, and is payable separately on arrival at the Clubhouse reception desk. Also pets are welcome subject to the additional pet fee of $225 plus taxes.

This home is ideal for extended family/friends and larger groups while still providing ample space and privacy to enjoy your stay.

Family Disney Trip

Wonderful place with plenty of space for a large group…we had 12 people….we loved the pool & hot tub…only issue was no handrail for entry into pool or hot tub so my elderly mother could not get into either without help… Clean & host easy to contact

House was in great shape! Pool temp was great! Host was a solid communicator. Only thing I would say, is it needs a new ping pong net... So, if that is all I had to worry about, GREAT TRIP!

Beautifully Decorated

Only thing i can bad about my stay were the showers which had mold buildup. Cleaning crew must do a better job with that part. Everything else was Perfect.

Plenty of room.!

The house is designed perfectly for family gatherings. We had a total of 14 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. Everyone enjoyed their stay, spending most of the daylight hours gathered in and around the pool. Leading up to our stay there I had many questions and David always answered them quickly and was very helpful. Very good communications all the way through the process. No issues - We would stay at this house again.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Tons of space for our extended family vacation. The beds were super comfortable. The pool & deck were large enough to accommodate everyone outside together (11 adults + a 4-yr old). The tv outside was a nice surprise — it’s the hockey play-offs and we got to watch into the evening from the pool! The twin fridges and dishwashers were a great benefit to ensuring everyone was fed and clean-up was a breeze. We made great use of the ping pong table, too.

Summer 2023

The property was great. House was clean and open. We had 3 families staying there with plenty of room for the younger kids and adults to move around. Minor cosmetic stuff with the house probably due to wear and tear from plenty of use. Enough dishware and freezer space, ac worked great. I would recommend staying at this house.

Great house Great stay!

The house was exactly as pictured and was very clean. The location from WDW was super convenient. There were several Publix stores near as well as Target, Aldi and eating options. The kitchen items are very used and not in great condition. There were no potholders and only 1 kitchen towel. I added a few of both as well as some baking pans for the convenience of the next guests. We were 10 adults and 2 small children and had plenty of space. Our biggest complaint would be there were no directions for all the TV remotes. This was a great stay!

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. This house accommodated everyone in my family. Very clean. I loved that the house had a living area upstairs for the children and oh how they loved the pool. The only downside is the house was a little far from where we wanted to go. I recommend this house to anyone who has a large family. Also the host is exceptional. We also had a great time at the community pool area. It was like being at the water park

Golf Trip Group

The place is great, comfortable & mostly clean. The Pool looked like it hadn't been vacuumed recently & the wi-fi in the house is terrible. Those were the only two things we could say negative about the house. Otherwise, the house is wonderful & worked amazing for our golf trip. If it hadn't been for the above two issues, would have given the house a 5 star review. Not sure if you can improve the wi-fi, but a house that size needs wi-fi that allows users to be using the internet & still watch TV.

Florida Golf Getaway

Overall stay was nice. Check in was easy. The Pool and spa were wonderful after golf everyday. Bedrooms were nice and all had tv’s. It was great having two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two washing machines, and two dryers. The only issue for the size of house was lack of kitchen items such as dish towels, glasses, mixing bowls, serving dishes and serving bowls. If you stay here make sure to bring coffee filters. salt, pepper, and any spices needed as there are none. This is a very nice house and would stay here again.

Enjoyed my 8 days

Overall place was amazing & huge. What needs to be changed is patio chairs. Some were so rusted we were afraid to sit on them. Towels provided were bleached stained ended up buying my own & left them. Cooking Pots need updating as well. Living room downstairs sofas were not so cleaned. If these things get updated place would be 5 star. I enjoyed it none the less with my friends & family.

Will not rent again

Home is very dirty. Sheets stained everything was just so dirty. Downstairs air was not working properly had service come out and nothing was fixed. Do not rent this home!!!

Fun Spring Break Time

The house is amazing in size for our family of 16 including 3 kids in cribs. The convenience to the community pool, lazy river and park was great and used often. The kitchen was lacking in cookware and service ware for our families and yet it says it accommodates 22. We purchased some needed glassware and kitchen items and were reimbursed after some prodding. There are no large pool towels and all towels are very thin. Check-in at the gate was one to two hours in your car, apparently due to spring break. There must be a better system.

Nautical Dream Family Reunion

The property was exactly how it was pictured on the website. There is a severe Ant problem and Massey Services, the pest control company assigned to the home should be contacted ASAP. The pots and pans need to be updated as most of them are scratched and the food will stick. We did find three new pots with covers however that is all that was new. The pantry door in the kitchen was off the track. There were a few vertical blinds missing but that is expected. Several TVs could not connect to cable. It should be corrected though when you have older people and children that you want to keep occupied.

Overall Great Stay

There was a total of 13 of us in the house (5 couples, 3 single). All couples and single got their own room and bathrooms. We had 5 cars, two in the garage, two in the driveway, and one in the street parking. The check in was pretty easy, I had to check everyone in and collect their parking passes from the clubhouse, once at the house and we got in the adult with the code provided. Ample room for food and drinks (two fridges). We had our own disposable plates and cups. House was pretty clean, as was the pool and pool area. The only issue we had was on the first night the pool heater was not on. After a couple hours we had maintenance come and fix it. Pool wasn’t super warm but warm enough to not get the chills and enjoy the pool. Host had amazing communication throughout the booking and stay experience. Overall we had a great time and felt at home. 10/10 would book again!

Large beautiful home but parking cars is a nightmare.

We were very happy with the home it was very large, clean and beautiful pool. All bedrooms are large and lots of living area on both levels. The house did have some needed repairs to screens, carpet , hole in wall and grill very dirty and needed cleaned. I am sure when you have a 10 bedroom house some repairs are always needed but we were very happy with the house for its size to accommodate our family reunion. The parking only allows 4 cars , 2 in garage and 2 in driveway and they only give 5 total passes for parking in designated areas away from house on first come situation which we were not told about previously. The information given was inaccurate about parking. Call directly to the office to clarify. Loved the house but not the resort and it’s limited parking.

Unclean/Very dated

This house was definitely a huge disappointment: 1. It wasn't clean at all 2. Showers were filled with mold and grime 3. Carpets badly stained; floors dirty 4. The walls throughout the house were soiled badly 5. The freezer door was almost impossible to open (took two people to open, everytime) 6. The pantry door is broken (railing) 7. Chairs in living room needs to be replaced (dirty, uncomfortable, feathers coming out) 8. Showers (2) were clogged 9. Trash/food between chair cushions upstairs 10. Grill was dirty... I could go on but I'll just stop there. The only positive was the timely response and friendliness of Mrs. Kathy when called about 2 issues. Won't ever rent this particular house ever again!

Vacation home

On arrival the only problem we had the downstairs AC was froze and the other thing was there was not enough cookware for us to do the cooking that we needed to do we had to go out and buy a cookware because of the number of people in my party. Also in one of the bedrooms the bed downstairs the linen had not been changed and the sheets were dirty when I read about it online it said that there would be enough towels and washcloths for everyone that was not true there were not nearly enough for anybody we had to go out and buy those accessories too. In some of the showers in the bathtubs there was exactly too much mold it really needs to be taken care of the housekeeping needs to do a better job on their cleaning this is the third time that I have stayed at the houses on this property the cushions on the couches had a smell they really need to be clean internet connection is very very poor the house is nice but it's not been maintained like it should be the one thing I can say that when the air conditioning unit was not working someone did come out immediately and fix it but the gentleman did say look like somebody had been tampering with it but other than that we had a good time and we did what we had to do to make sure that we enjoyed our vacation David and Kathy was very good and polite and did a great job taking care of us. Hopefully they can get this situation taken care of and we would consider using this home again.
