Be one of the first to enjoy this beautiful 1BR condo at Phoenix East. Phoenix East is one of the best condo complexes on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the living room or balcony. Perfectly located close to the Perdido Pass, this condo offers amazing views of the Gulf!!!



The condo is situated in a great spot on the 3rd floor, perfect for keeping an eye on the kids at the pool or beach!
Also, there is a king bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa queen in the living room. There is a 60'' HDTV in living room, a 40' in the bedroom. Free wifi with no password required!



There is a large outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, saunas, a fitness center, splash pad for the kids, racquetball court, sauna and lighted tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix East with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.



We do have other units at Phoenix East should you need more space.



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle.

The property was well maintained. The condo was tastefully decorated and extremely clean and well stocked with towels, dishes, etc. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony and the view were the best parts of the condo, The beach was beautiful and clean.

The balcony was very spacious and had real nice patio furniture. I do need to share that the building is starting to show its age. The condo was clean and everything seemed to work. There is an eyesore in the bedroom with the TV and all the wires hanging from the wall. We did have a very nice relaxing trip.

Our stay was great although I didn’t receive my check in email but the property manger sent it to me as soon as I called. It was a beautiful relaxing stay, everything was clean and just as pictured!

Great, shot trip!

Great stay for a long weekend! The condo was very clean and easy to access from the elevator. The walk to the beach is very short with a walkway right to the beach. The cabinets were stocked with glasses, mugs, plates, and other cookware. They make sure to clean out all food products to keep the condo clean, so bring your own sugar, salt, pepper, etc. The host was very fast to respond and very helpful. I would like to stay here again in the future!

Orange beach Thanksgiving

Everything was clean and just as pictured online. Loved the location. The washer was a bit unstable and noisy, and the bathroom sink was almost completely clogged. Just wanted to share the need for someone to look at these two items. Would certainly stay again!

Great little condo!

This was the perfect place for me, my husband, and my mom! The condo is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The balcony is very spacious. The king bed was very comfortable and the couch bed was not terrible. In a great location & close to several restaurants. Check in & check out was super easy. We had absolutely no problems with the condo during our stay. Definitely recommend and will be back!

Perfect beach location! Nice decor and excellent view! Quote spacious for one bedroom condo. Large balcony with nice furniture. Property manager was amazing to answer any questions and sent someone with a NEW satin comforter, shams and pillows for the bed. Short walk to beach. Very nice swimming pool. Overall awesome!

Needs a new cleaning service

View marvelous, balcony windows clean, mattress comfortable, nice paint colors. Sofa and love seat dirty and uncomfortable, dirty towels left in washer, dirty throw pillows, baseboards and fans need to be cleaned, food left on plates and on utensils in cabinets, food on backsplash need sink, tub grout has mildew, pubic hair left on toilet seat even with little paper seal on toilet seat.
