This charming 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is located less than a 2-minute drive from the shore, putting the sound of the waves and the feel of warm sand between your toes mere moments away. ● Location: Surfside Beach community of Freeport, Texas

● Beach Access: Less than a 2 minute drive to Surfside Beach.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is room for up to 6 cars in the driveway.

Stepping inside Captain`s Quarters, you`ll be greeted by a bright and airy open concept living area. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for whipping up delicious meals, and the comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV provides a great space to unwind after a day at the beach.

Down the hall, you`ll find four bedrooms, offering comfortable sleeping arrangements. Two of the bedrooms boast king-sized beds, ideal for couples seeking a relaxing retreat. One bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, perfect for additional guests, and also features a full-over-full bunk bed, providing extra sleeping space for children or another adult. The fourth bedroom provides additional sleeping space with another full-over-full bunk bed, making Captain`s Quarters a great choice for families or larger groups.

Head outside to the expansive porch, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the covered section while listening to the morning sounds, or soak up the sun on the open deck. Downstairs, the large yard offers plenty of space for kids to run around and play yard games, while the BBQ pit is perfect for creating delicious grilled meals to enjoy under the Texas sky.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 10 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
