Amazing stay

We booked the stay about a month out, we were more than pleased with the location and the overall conditions of the house. Made our short vacation very comfortable and lacking nothing. We will definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the location.

Quiet and Comfortable

First stay in the area

Cute place with a small park a block away. The locals were very nice. We brought our dog and the yard was fenced in and we took daily walks. Down town just blocks way and plenty of resturants near the property. We would stay again. Host were very gracious too.

Quite and cozy

This was a great stay that checked all our boxes. Great 2bdr with a yard for pups. Fantastic trails out the front door to parks and old town Noblesville with historic neighborhoods in walking distance. The rental was clean and well stocked with everything you need. Communication with the host was excellent and accommodating.

Very enjoyable!

We had a nice stay! The house was clean and had all items that we needed! Also, loved house close it was to the downtown square. My only recommendation would be thicker pillows for the best and at least 4 per bed. The host had great communication and provided food recommendations as well as information on the local festival. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Pet-Friendly Stay with Great Amenities and Location

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this charming two-bedroom home. Despite its compact size, the layout offered plenty of space, including a modern desk area with excellent Wi-Fi that made conducting business easy. The kitchen and family room were spacious, and the large screen TV was a great bonus. The fenced backyard, accessible from a bonus room at the back, was perfect for my dog, who loved the shady yard. The house is on a corner lot in a quiet, older neighborhood with easy access to a walking path across the street and a lovely community garden adjacent to one side. A park is just a short walk away, and you’re minutes from the downtown area, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants and shops. Inside, the home is very clean and updated, with pet-friendly vinyl flooring, nice appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker. I highly recommend this affordable option for anyone visiting Indianapolis with their furry friend!

When we arrived at the “charming home” Here were our issues:Overgrown grass (very)Hot! two small window units - 1 in each bedroom unable to cool the home with both on High4 bath towels 1 hand towel 5/load of laundry/35 fine if not prepaid via Venmo or cash ap One vehicle limit (we drove 10 hours in 2 cars)Shower door very looseBedroom lights not working. lamp and ac on extension cord Bed and couch very uncomfortable Smell of sewer! one block from the sewer treatment plant. Poorly stocked kitchen - no way to cook with the pots and pans/other kitchen items - we did not expect new or high end but expected functional We booked 7 nights 4 adults. We rented VRBO for cooking, laundry, comfort of larger space We contacted our host. She was very nice and understanding. She allowed us to park the two vehicles and sent maintenance to check the lights - unable to fix and waived the laundry fee (no laundry supplies were provided, unsure what the fee was for)We left after 4 days. This would be “ok” for one night stay but not 7!!We would not have rented if the car limit and laundry fees had been disclosed during booking. We definitely would not book again with the condition of the home. When I contacted our host about leaving 3 nights early and why she said she understood comfort was important. The good: Nobelsville has a charming historic square and is close to shopping and restaurants. I’m not one to publicly complain, but I feel duped!

This home can sleep 5 people comfortably. This home has 2 bedroom and one bath with washer and dryer facility. Located less than a mile from the famous downtown Noblesville and close to many other attractions such as Forest Park, Potters Bridge, Ruoff Music Centre and more.
