Nuestra Maine Tatnic Casa se convertirá en su hogar lejos del hogar en el sur de la costa de Maine!

Brillante, concepto abierto casa en lugar tranquilo con grandes, modernas, cocina totalmente equipada (20'x21 ') barra de desayuno, sala de estar. Asientos de mesa de comedor extra largo 8 cómodamente. Madera, baldosas y suelos de moqueta. Nuevo, estilo casa de campo, cómoda sala de estar amueblada con servicio de televisión por satélite, conexión a Internet y piano eléctrico. Dormitorio principal muy grande w 3/4-baño. 2 dormitorios cuota adicional y baño completo. Cuarto de lavado.

Playas, carro, teatros, restaurantes y un montón de compras, a un corto trayecto.
En el corazón del Monte Región Agamenticus, alrededores de la propiedad dispone de muchas características naturales interesantes y buenos lugares para ir de excursión. La elevación del sur de la costa de Maine se eleva sólo un ~ 650 pies sobre el nivel del mar, pero desde la cumbre del monte Una se puede ver la gama presidencial en Nueva Hampshire en un día claro, y, por supuesto, el hermoso Océano Atlántico.

Perfecto para 2 o tres parejas y familias.

Beautiful property located a short drive from the beach. Perfect for our family of four and our dog. Large yard for playing lawn games, which were provided. We would happily stay there again!

Great family house w/ big yard

This was our second year at this house and it was a great place for our family. It’s close enough to drive to the beaches but out of the way enough so you are not on top of the neighbors.

Great Maine Vacation!

We had a wonderful week at the Maine Tatnic House. Nancy and Parker were great hosts. The house was well stocked - great kitchen setup. Everything was clean and perfect for our family of four. Great location, too. We can't wait to stay here again!

Great Week

Great house with a great yard. You could hear roosters in the background yet only minutes to the beach, perfect spot. Plenty of room for eveyone, dog too. I will definitely stay at this house again.

Great place to stay!

We had a great vacation! The house was even better in person than the pics. It’s also bigger than it looks from the outside. Backyard is big and beautiful as well. It had everything we needed and we liked being in a private area away from busy route 1. Thank you so much for sharing your home!

Perfect for family and dogs

Our first few days there were 6 adults 1 toddler and an infant. There was plenty of room for everyone. Close to many great restaurants and shopping. Beautiful home. Would definitely return.

Our stay at your house was great! The house had all we needed.

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice being so close to the beach, yet it was good being away from the traffic and chaos of the town. We liked that we were able to use the garage and the balcony by the apartment. Thank you. We will be letting others know about your vacation home and are looking forward to staying with you again. Old home with modern flare.

Looks can be deceiving. This house is just the location for a family vacation. More than enough room and a homey feel to it Master bedroom and bath were fantastic and kitchen looked newly remodeled with state of the art appliances. If you like nature this is the place to be.

A great place to relax

The house was great - away from the rush of tourists yet close enough to enjoy what Ogunquit and Wells have to offer. The back way into town was convenient to avoid the weekend traffic on #1. The kitchen was well equipped and the common areas and bedrooms very comfortable. The fire pit and "back 40" were an added bonus. I would recommend the Tatnic house to anyone.

Nancy and Parker are a delight wish we had time to speak with them. The house is away from the beaches that's a good thing. Nice rural area farm tractors reminds us of home. Do it again and again.

A wonderful week at the Tatnic House

What a beautiful spacious, yet cozy home that we enjoyed during our vacation! It is only a few miles from the beach areas, but away from the hustle and bustle. The large shaded yard was a haven to relax and play with the grandchildren after a day at the beach. All the beautiful flowers, blackberries, raspberries and blueberries were an added bonus. The kitchen was well equipped and all rooms were tidy and clean. Nancy checked in mid-week to make sure all was well, and of course it was! Hope to return next year.

Everything you need!

My family and I just returned from a wonderful week at the Tatnic House. The house had everything we needed. It was well stocked, very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was great for cooking dinners in and having laundry on-site was so convenient. We had 2 adults and 3 small children and there was plenty of room. There were plenty of linens and quality was great. There are also several air conditioners throughout, but the house is so comfortable we only used them toward the end of the week. The area is perfect-just a short drive to Wells Beach, restaurants and entertainment, but set back enough to be quiet and peaceful. We would definitely rent again!

Excellent experience and we are so happy we chose Tatnic House

Great spot close enough to beaches/ amenities yet so quiet ( rooster in the distance but not an issue) and private. The home was well appointed and very clean upon arrival. We found everything we needed right down to beach towels/ chairs. The backyard was expansive and lush, lots of beautiful trees and flowers in the front yard. The internet was spotty at times but a quick reboot and everything was up and running. The owner was very helpful with answering questions before and during our stay. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a spacious home/ yard out of the way yet very close to all that the coast has to offer. Thank you Nancy for a fabulous week !

Wonderful retreat close to beach - great for families with a dog

We had a lovely stay at Tatnic House. It was immaculate when we arrived and had every possible amenity we could wish for - including spare dog bowls in case we had forgotten our own! Our dog absolutely loved running in the huge yard which was incredibly private being surrounded by lots of trees. The family space inside the house was very conducive to relaxing after a day at the beach and evenings in the garden (yard) were just lovely too. Nancy was a wonderful resource for ideas for activities. Internet connection was sometimes a little spotty which was only an issue when we were trying to plan days out. Would definitely consider again if we're in the same area.

Plenty of Space and Comfort!

We stayed in the Tatnic home with 6 adults and 2 kids and had room to spare! The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious for each couple and include large walk-in closets which are perfect for storing items. The first floor is large to accomodate a big family like ours with a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. The large kitchen makes cooking and preparing meals very easy and all the necessary tools are included! The outside grounds are a huge bonus! The home is surrounded by growing, blooming plants and flowers and an exceptionally large backyard for the kids and dogs to play in. There is ample parking and garage storage for all beach gear. The location is fantastic - about 2 miles to Route 1 and less than 3.5 miles to Ogunquit Square. Owners are very accomodating and helpful in the days leading up to and during our stay. Fully recommend this home for your family's next Wells Beach vacation!!!

PERFECT!!

The Tatnic House was just perfect for our week long vacation to Wells! It had ample room for 6 adults, 2 kids and family pets! We each enjoyed our own private bedrooms with comfy beds, clean linens, and HUGE closets for our personal space. Combined with a large, well stocked, eat-in kitchen that provided enough room for relaxing, meal preparation and sit down meals together. The kitchen was adjoined to the living room and additional storage room with futon - made a great first floor bedroom to suit our family needs. The house has an incredible master suite with bathroom which is incredible! The outside grounds were beautiful and spacious. We had a family baseball game in the field and enjoyed the peace and quiet! Also, had access to the garage to store our beach stuff and plenty of parking for 3 vehicles! The Tatnic House was clean, spacious and very welcoming. We could not have been more pleased with our stay and thank Nancy and Parker for being so accomodating and easy to reach before and during our stay. They take great pride in this property and it shows - incredible value for this lovely home and I highly recommend it - you won't be disappointed!

Great spacious house

We just got back from renting this home for 7 days. Plenty of room from my 2 teenage kids and 2 big dogs. Master bedroom was huge with an ensuite, the bed was comfortable. Kids both had their own rooms where they had plenty of room to spread out (happy there was WIFI) and they shared the second large bathroom. Downstairs had another room off the sitting room/living room which was an office with a futon. Plenty of air conditioners to keep th house cool. Large kitchen with plenty of spices/plates/glasses/cookware. Large table to seat 8, chairs seemed a bit large for the table and made it hard to slide the chairs out. Plenty of lightning in th house. Great spacious outdoors. There is a gas grill, which we had a hard time lightning using the auto light, but a flick of a match and we were good to go. There is a table and chairs for 4 right out the back door and a fire pit, withheld was a light out there. It made it card to cook out there after sundown. It's a great location to visit a lot of Southern Maine. Nancy was always responsive to any emails I sent her. We were happy with our visit to Tatnic House.

Great home, peaceful setting, minutes from Route 1.

My family and a couple of friends recently enjoyed a great week-long vacation from this home. We each had a room with cold A/C, which is nice since many Maine homes have said that you don't "Need" A/C in Maine - on the contrary. The Kitchen had all the amenities - and especially a coffee grinder! Each bedroom was comfortable and cool and very very quiet, with nice bedding and towels. We had wanted to use our bikes on vacation, but the owners warned that the road could be busy and not a great kid-friendly biking location. Our bikes sat in the garage. If we had time, however, we would have gone to a bike path, the Eastern Trail [suggested by the owner], or gone to Peaks island and biked - not enough time since the beaches are so beautiful and the kids loved going there. The only things we have to mention that weren't quite to our liking - The internet was very slow, DSL I think, so we ate our data plans quickly despite the Wifi throughout the house, so that could use an upgrade [probably not much more for cable]. It would also have been nice to have a cheapo DVD player available so that we could have played the Red box selections that we grabbed when a rainy night was approaching. If you visit, ask the owners for the secret back ways to the house so that you can skip the horrific traffic on route 1 in Wells and Ogunquit!
