This historic, 1000 square foot loft, is located inside the Woolworth Building, a landmark in the heart of the Old Market. Our 2 bed, 2 bath space features modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building. Along with this great space is an onsite fitness center, natural lit atrium, and easy access to Old Market restaurants, shops and destinations. Just a little over a 15 minute walk to TD Ameritrade Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena (Swim Trials, Berkshire +more).

Woolworth Lofts are located in the historic Old Market district in downtown Omaha. Enjoy the full Omaha vibe in the heart of everything that makes Omaha unique. Less than a mile to TD Ameritrade Park and CHI Health Arena.


Atrium, Fitness Center, On-site Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Lower-level arcade, Washer & Dryer and private entrance.

For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.

This loft features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In each bedroom you'll find a spacious walk-in closet, queen bed. The master suite features an attached bathroom.

For in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV and digital cable.

The full kitchen, with sold surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. Also in the suite is a washer and dryer.

An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking.

Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade.

Parking garages are available. Transportation available through Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service. Bus service within 2 blocks.

Weekend in Omaha

This was a great place to stay. Easy check in and out process, walking distance to everything in the Old Market, comfortable/quiet rooms and a pet-friendly place were amongst our favorite things about this place.

Girlfriend's Fall Trip

We loved the location! Easy to walk to stores, restaurants & bars instead of having to drive. Our only complaint is the king-sized bed was AWFUL! Very uncomfortable. One side was so broken down that you felt like you were falling out all night. Good thing it was a king, and I could climb out of the hole up to the middle of the mattress.

Nice But Not the Loft I Reserved

After getting past the dumpsters at the entrance it was a nice place. Upon entering our loft I was disappointed to find it was not the loft I had reserved based on pictures. I thought it would be on top floor with no footsteps overhead and the color scheme was important to me as we needed a calming environment. As it was, it was neutral and harsh. The loft, in general, was nice and mostly quiet even though it was on the 4th floor and there was occasional noise. There were some electrical glitches and some toenail clippings in the carpet, but the beds were comfortable and the ceiling fans/air conditioning kept us very comfortable on the hottest days of the year. The dishes in the cabinet had to be washed before use as they were obviously rinsed, but not washed. The dishwasher was missing some parts, but seemed to function. All in all, I would stay at this location again, but would like to get the actual loft I expected to get. The person I was told to contact was not responsive to my emails, but I did get my check in and check out info in time to use it.
