You will love this getaway! Plenty of space in the living room/dining area to visit or watch a movie o our 50" smart TV. All of our TVs subscribe to Hulu and Netflix as well as a variety of other apps.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to have a quiet meal in. Laundry facilities are just inside the kitchen area for your convenience.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and 50" TV for those moments you need away. Bathroom is attached.

Second bedroom has a queen size bed, a 50" TV, and a walk in closet.

You can't beat the views from the balcony! We would love to host you!!

Second time choosing this condo for the proximity/ walking distance to downtown. Easy check in and fast, friendly, communication with the owner. Other units in the building seem to be getting some updates. This unit is clean and well appointed.

Location & Views

Property is perched on top of a hill with a beautiful view & within walking distance to downtown Prescott and Whiskey Row. Clean and well appointed. Easy check in and great communication with the owners. Will stay again!

The Best

It is exactly what you see in the pictures. Very nicely decorated and very comfortable. Plenty of what you need for preparing family meals. All linen needs are supplied Neighborhood is a very safe and very convenient to downtown area.

Christmas Getaway

Visited for the annual Christmas Tree Lighting. Wonderful event. Lots to do and a lot of fun. We enjoyed our stay: clean, nicely decorated, quiet and gorgeous views of the city. One of the most comfortable beds...slept great! The walk is quick, but might be difficult for some with the elevation. I highly recommend staying here. You will be glad you did.

Two bedroom cute apartment

The apartment was clean and perfect for our needs. Directions were good. Could have used a box of Kleenex and a couple of extra towels. If you have long hair an extra towel is appreciated.

Prescott lodging

Older property, but clean and well maintained. Location was near historic downtown and quiet neighborhood. We were attending Cowboy Gathering at Yauvipai University. The balcony was an additional access where you could sit and have a cup of coffee in the cool mornings. Only downside was filter in hall circulation system needed replacing.

Two bedroom apartment.

Everything was as advertised. Checking in was an easy process. Parking a in the back is difficult if you have a large SUV. Very tight but this isn’t anything the owner can do about this. We parked in front a bit down the road. I would advise anyone staying here, that they request staying in one of the two upper units. The ceilings in the lower levels aren’t insulated and you can hear everything. Especially at night. Foam insulation is an inexpensive solution that would take care of this problem. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. Because of the renter above me who was a heal walker and made many trips to the bathroom at night, I can only give this review 4 stars.
