Come and relax in the beautiful beach town of Lauderdale by the sea Unit walking distance from the beach. Perfect getaway to enjoy sunny South Florida.Very family oriented and lots to do! Lauderdale by the sea beach offers a large variety for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner options. With Thirty-four different restaurants on commercial Boulevard alone. If you're looking for something fast and casual or fine dining, it has something for everyone!

The Space:
This apartment is one of three homes in the triplex. There are designated parking spaces, one per unit. Additional parking locations if needed will be provided upon request. You have a shared walkway and your own private living quarters with your private outdoor patio space.

Other Things to Note:
No parties or unauthorized guests are allowed.
No pets are permitted.
No smoking is allowed indoors.

Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to the rental application. There are exterior security cameras for the safety of our guest and home that are not to be tampered with. In doing so may face automatic cancellation. There is a noise monitoring device in the home.

Little gem

This is place is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood, within a ten min walk to Publix, the beach and the downtown restaurants. You can even walk over to Ft Lauderdale in 15 min.

Vacation stay

Beautiful well maintained property in a good location. The only problem was air conditioning unit in one of the bedrooms was noisy. Had to turn off to sleep but temperature in house remained comfortable.

Spring trip

This unit was in a great location & was very clean however, we did have some issues. First of all, the air conditioning didn’t work in 2/3 of the unit and I get that sometimes it’s difficult to get repair men in a timely manner but looking at past reviews, this was a continuing issue. Also, we were only left with 4 bath towels for 4 adults for ten days, this was just inadequate. When we requested more, it took an entire week for additional towels to be delivered. Also, when we did reach out with our issues, the response from the owner/property manager was slow or nonexistent. It’s unfortunate that the experience we had really diminished our overall views of this rental since it was very updated & in a good location.

Disgusting

Turned up to find many people in the apartment the so called cleaner came out and told us we could wait in the garden with our luggage only to be told 5 mins later by a very aggressive man told us to leave the property . When we finally got in the apartment when they vacated it stank of pot we had to leave all the doors and windows open for hours it was disgusting . I spent an hour cleaning the place and to top it all we had no aircon only 1 out of the three units worked . The hosts didn’t care we messaged ,phoned but didn’t bother to visit us or fix anything . Took phots of everything even the 2 aircon guys that came on our last night to replace the unit in apartment 1 as they had not had aircon for a week disgraceful

Good location, but overpriced!

My sister and I often stay in this neighborhood as my parents live close-by. The location is fantastic. This place was ok. There are a few things that I wish I had known before I stayed. When we arrived, one of the bathroom doors was locked from the inside, and after several hours, we tried opening it with a knife and it worked. The bathrooms were very clean, except both toilets had urine in them that had not been flushed. Also, this is a 2 Bedroom Pl. and the entrance is right into one of the bedrooms so you will have to walk through that bedroom to get to the rest of the place. There is not central air conditioning. They have the Yamaha units in each bedroom and one in the living room. This should’ve been fine however one of the air-conditioning units didn’t cool and when it was on it made an extremely loud noise. So that bedroom was warm. It’s Florida, it’s hot! We contacted the host immediately and he acknowledged the issue but did not send anyone over in the three days we were there and ignored questions about it. However, I found it strange he was communicative about other things. I am not in the practice of hurting someone’s business or writing bad reviews, I simply wanted what I paid for…When I gave the host the opportunity to address it AFTER THE STAY, he adamantly insisted it’s fine. In a March 2023 review, someone had the exact same issue. For the amount spent…everything should be in working order.
