Muy cómodo y bien equipado para no fumadores 2/2 condominio - 3 minutos a pie de la hermosa playa con muelle de pesca, centro de la ciudad, restaurantes, tiendas y entretenimiento. A 2 minutos a pie del supermercado Publix.
Unidad del extremo este en el segundo piso de un edificio bien mantenido de 2 plantas y 8 unidades. 2 dormitorios principales king (1 en suite). Ambas habitaciones tienen balcones privados. Duerme 6 (4 adultos, 2 niños menores de 12 años).
Wi-Fi gratis.
Todos los electrodomésticos de cocina, incluido el lavavajillas. Recolección regular de basura.

Loved the heated pool. Easy walk to beach (about three blocks) and super close to grocery store. House was well equipped with everything we needed.

The condo was exceptional! Bedrooms were extremely large and the king size beds were quite comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and 2 patios made the place that much larger. Will ABSOLUTELY stay in this place again if our travels take us to Lauderdale on the Sea ever.

Beautiful clean and quiet property,all you need available,toaster,coffee filter,grill,pool and more. Walking distance to Publix,the beach and Anglin pier. We asked for a later check out due to late flight and the owner was very accommodating with immediate response. We loved it,thank you for everything We will return

The condo was very nice. We were in town for the boat show. Four of us stayed, and it was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We ate out most of the time, but we made a couple of meals at the condo. The kitchen was very well appointed. One morning we sat on the balcony and had coffee. Nice and relaxing. Location was amazing! There is a Publix in walking distance. The Publix center has a couple restaurants, shops, a CVS, etc. Very convenient. Additionally, if you download the Ride Circuit app, the service will pick you up and take you anywhere in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea for 2. It was a pleasant surprise. No tv in one bedroom, if that is important to you.

Best place ever!

Jane's place is amazing! She had a welcome basket waiting for us and the place was sparkling clean. Stocked with anything and everything you can think of and more! So many amenities, including several boxes of beach toys! We will be back 😍

Absolutely perfect!

We are so pleased! This is a lovely unit, clean and modern, very well equipped and ideal for a perfect vacation. The owners were very nice and attentive. Furthermore, the condo is at a small walking distance to beaches and restaurants. The swimming pool is a big plus. We loved our stay! Louise and Pierre

Everything was perfect and exactly as pictured. The apartment is cozy and clean. Jane has all the accessories your beach trip could need. The grocery store and beach are walking distance, so it's easy to stock up on food essentials and head straight to the water. We couldn't have asked for a better location.Jane was also so accommodating and easy to communicate with! I would also like to mention that this is an extremely safe neighborhood. I accidentally left my trunk open, and everything was there, in tact! Everyone in the neighborhood was also very friendly. Overall, we had a memorable and happy stay, and would absolutely recommend this VRBO for your next vacation.

Great location - walking distance to beach and town and nice patios off the bedrooms.

Overall the property was great for the price. The kitchen was difficult because the cabinets are about 7 ft in the air so my husband was the only one out of four of us that could reach dishes and glasses. They should provide a stool at least. Also, could be supplied with basic toiletries like a bar of soap and toilet paper. There was one roll per bathroom for a 9 night stay! Luckily I brought our own soap. But overall we enjoyed the stay.

Excellent host and beautiful condo

This condo was very clean and big and in a great location. A few minutes walk to Publix and other shopping and restaurants. CVS nearby as well. A little longer walk to beach and restaurants by ocean. Parking is limited around the area and you don’t need to have a car in this location. We rented one and free onsite parking at the condo. The pool is great. We appreciated the beach toys and chairs and towels too. We took a gondola boat ride which is highly recommended!

It was perfect!

Everything about this property was perfect. Place was spotless. Apartment came with many extras. Assorted beach equipment for example. Pool was heated to a perfect temperature. Close walk to beach, supermarket and restaurants. Could not have been better.

Very comfortable apartment in an awesome location

The apartment is big, clean and with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Supermarket is 2 blocks away, the beach is a 5 minute walk and commercial boulevard with the restaurants and ice cream is not far away. For the laundry make sure to get quaters at a bank or a publix not at the beach as they are hard to come by at lauderdale by the sea

Great location and clean condo.

The location was terrific. The beach, restaurants and shopping were all within walking distance and there was ample parking. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable, two smart TVs were provided and equipped with cable and Netflix. There was a slight glitch with checkin but the owner responded quickly to resolve the problem. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

Overall, it ws ok; the main problem being all of the rain & th beach being too far away!!! We didn’t realize the weather would be so bad, or the property was so far from the beach!!!! On th up side, the bed in the master bedroom was SO comfortable; it was hard to evn get up in the am!!! Th bed lamp on the right side of th bed never worked; we also assumed there would be a tv in both bedrooms, which ws also disappointing, especially since we had to stay in so much!!!! It was great that u had a map plus th brochures about all kinds of restaurants, so that was huge!!!! Overall, it was a good getaway for us, & our granddaughter very much enjoyed th pool!!!! The only recommendation I would have is get the bed lamp fixed; & the bed in the other bedroom is very noisy & , really needs to be replaced!!!!’ One last thing, we expected to have a tv in the bedrooms, which was a big disappointment, with the weather, & for what we paid!!!!! Thank u for accompanying us!!!!!

Love this condo, the pool area is great. It's shops are within a 2 minute walk, beaches around 5mins walking, less than 1min if driving, if you're driving be sure to visit sawgrass mills for all your clothes shop 35-45mins away, Miami is around the same time, it is very central if you want to do some day tours, love it,will be back next year.

Great location for a peaceful stay

Fort Lauderdale is a large city, and we really enjoyed the tranquility and peaceful nature of Lauderdale by the sea. Loved the condo, and Jane had everything we needed. Pool was great, we had it to ourselves, and both the king sized beds and rooms accommodated both my parents and my husband and I. We walked to Aruba restaurant twice, dinner was fantastic. Beach was a short walk away. Would definitely return to Lauderdale by the sea and stay at this location.

Awesome!! Beautiful property!!

We loved our stay at your very comfortable, clean and spacious Condo. The heated pool was clean and very private. We were within walking distance to everything ... stores, restaurants, beach! The owner was very accommodating and very easy to communicate with. We have stayed in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea for many years and I have to say that this was the most comfortable stay yet! We were sad to leave but I dare say we are looking forward to our next visit!😊

My family has been visiting and enjoying this area for many years. It is near to everything. Through the efforts of the residents of the area it has remained a low rise, safe & quaint oasis.

The property is centrally located near to all comforts and amenities.
* 2 minute walk to the Village Shopping Center in Sea Ranch Lakes which includes Publix supermarket & deli, Baskin Robbins ice-cream, Dunkin Donuts, CVS Pharmacy, a liquor store, a dollar store and a diner.
* The Pelican Hopper Shuttle is free to residents and tourists from Publix at the Village Shopping Center in Sea Ranch Lakes. The daily shuttle takes about 45 minutes to make a complete run from Publix Supermarket down to Galt Ocean Mile before heading north to Terra Mar Island and then returning to Publix, the start of the Pelican Hopper’s daily route.
* 4 minute walk to beautiful beach with excellent sea bathing and fishing.
* 7 minute walk to the Town Center with many excellent restaurants & outdoor dining, including Arubas, BurgerFi, Billy Jack's Shack just to name few; beach shops, ice-cream shops, chocolatiers and many bars: Walgreens Pharmacy and liquors.
* Also within minutes drive to US1/Federal Highway there is shopping, numerous banks and a number of medical facilities - doctors & dentists. MD Now Urgent Care, Holy Cross and Baptist Hospitals being the nearest.
* Water Taxi tours nearby. The best way to learn what makes Water Taxi unique is to take a ride and find out for yourself.
