Winterplace L-104 is a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath condo with Ski in-Ski out access. Walk out this first-floor unit and walk across the parking area to the top of the A/B lift. You can be on the Sunburst 6 lift before anyone else has even loaded the bottom lifts! That can mean a whole extra first tracks run for you and your family!
This unit is close to the indoor pool and the 2 hot tubs are perfect after skiing all day.
Winterplace is the first slopeside community to open in the fall and close in the spring!
Newly remodeled kitchen, Washer/Dryer, large mudroom, wood burning fireplace (wood included)

Great stay in a fantastic location!

My family really enjoyed our stay at Ellen's condo at Okemo. The location was excellent and so convenient being at the top of the A/B Quad. The condo was clean, spacious, and well appointed. Thank you so much Ellen, we can't wait to go back again!

Dream Stay

Ellen Wakefield was an incredibly helpful host, she could not have done more to make our stay successful. The condo was nice, accommodated everyone. There were tons of board games, three t.v.'s and really nice furniture and decor. She responded quickly to all our texts and questions, was helpful in every step of the process.

Everything we were looking for

We chose this property for our first overnight ski trip with our young children and my parents. The property was extremely clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Perfect location for ski access, and the indoor pool was just a few steps away. Ellen was extremely responsive (making check in and check out a breeze), and was even kind enough to offer us a late check out (presumably due to no incoming renters the following day). Would absolutely recommend to anyone and plan to be back!

Excellent stay!

I do not have enough wonderful things to say about both this property and the owner. The owner was very helpful and easy to reach with any questions that we had leading up to and during our trip. The property is just as advertised on the listing. It is super clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. It suited our group of 5 (3 adults and two young children) perfectly. The unit is a very short and manageable walk across the parking lot to the ski slopes. We will certainly be back again!

Prime Ski Location with Responsive Host

The property is perfect for skiers and families located a short walk across the parking lot to the top of the Quad A and Quad B lifts. Ellen is a proactive and responsive host, even leaving a couple treats for the adults and kiddies at check-in.

Amazing Host

I would definitely come back here again. The ski and ski out proximity is so nice especially with families. Eleanor was an amazing host. Who got back to us quickly on several last-minute items. The fireplace is awesome as are the chairs and furniture. It was a great stay!

Our family had a great time in Winterplace. The condo was exactly as expected and the owner was great with getting us set up and ready for the stay. She even added a few awesome perks that were completely unexpected. The unit is a short walk to the lift. I definitely recommend staying here and will look for this condo in the future!

Family stay and ski.

We came with two young girls - 2 and 4, their parents and two grandparents. The appartment is large, well appointed and totally accommodating. We used the kitchen quite a lot as it was easier than taking the little ones to a restaurant. Slopes are a short walk away. Not true ski-in-ski-out, but as close as it can be otherwise. The snow conditions were great, and that sealed the overall success of our 4 day trip. Additionally, in the preparation for the trip and during our stay the owner was very responsive and answered all the questions we had. Our family knows Okemo very well. We love to come there with any arrangements and enjoy its slopes. It all was very good.

Wonderful spring skiing!

This place is great for a ski trip! It is well appointed for comfort and functionality. Has all of the basics for ski lodging plus a well equipped kitchen for light cooking. The check in process was easy and secure, which we appreciated after a long drive. I had a minor, initial question which the host responded to promptly and followed up with me the next day. It is a short walk to the slopes, accurately described and directed to in the instructions. Loved: the well stocked fireplace with more wood available in an outdoor shed for the community; the layout to store skis, poles and boots at end of day; having a washer and dryer for wet things after snowfall and 2 comfortable, adult sized beds. The host is helpful, prompt and very reasonable. Plan to return!

Great condo and great host.

We were more then satisfied with our stay. Unit was very clean, comfortable and well supplied with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Beddings were all comfortable, two of my adult children slept in the bunkbeds and even they were comfortable. The complimentary welcome package was a nice touch, included a bottle of wine and firestarter's that were especially appreciated. The walk to the slopes is a short two minutes across the parking lot. The host was very responsive. I highly recommend L104 and will be returning in the near future.

Great condo. Awesome location

Had a wonderful stay! Place was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was amazing. 50 yards to top of A/B lift. Pool & hot tub right across the street. The fireplace was perfect after a long day of skiing. Ellen was super responsive and the effort she puts into the place and towards making you feel comfortable and well informed shows she truly wants you to have a great stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks Ellen!
