Located at the top of Okemo Mountain in Solitude Village this condo has all the views! This true ski-in/ski-out 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath sleeps 6 comfortably. Patio overlooks beautiful views of Vermont with distant views of Mount Sunapee.

Epic has an indoor/outdoor heated pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, sauna, locker rooms and a ping pong table. In addition, the Epic restaurant serves lunch during the winter season.

This is not a seasonal rental. Weekly or weekend rental only. Rate change for winter and holiday rental.

Very nice property. One issue, wasn't provided with the key vault code at check in time. My wife had to quess it!! That should be more clearly spelled out for renters.

Okemo Solitude condo

Property is nice but contacts with the owners was difficult!!!!!! We were supposed to get check in/key information one week before check in. Owners e-mailed us that they would supply that 30 minutes before 4:00 pm check in time. When we told them we would be on the road at that time and had no means of receiving e-mails, we were told by the owners, that "if not convenient we could cancel....." We had to call VRBO to have them contact the owners. VRBO e-mailed the owners to give us the information within 24 hours. (which they did) Apon arrival there was only one parking pass for one car..... while we rented the place for 6 people...meaning at least two cars. No heat in master bed room and not enough towels for 6 peoples and only one house key for 6 people. An extra key would have been nice when one does not all ski together. One does not want to have to get into a lock box each time one group of skiers have to enter the condo.

Hello Martha, We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the owners regulations.. Its unfortunate, VRBO lead you to believe that you would receive a code to the property a week in advance. We have multiple properties on VRBO and would never give out a code one week in advance. As such, we have never had an issue. I'm sorry to hear there was only one parking pass in the unit. We do our best to always have 2 available, but they seem to disappear. If there was no heat in the master bedroom we were not made of this by you. Maintenance is always available for the condo. Extra towels are always left under the bathroom sinks. None of our units ever contain more than one key. Hope you enjoy yourself next year!

This 2 BR, spacious condo was perfect for our family's ski weekend. It is right on the mountain at Solitude so the location couldn't be better. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials + more. The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. 10/10 highly recommend!

relaxing and beautiful

We had a wonderful stay . It is a beautiful area , and there is much to do. The condo was very well stocked with just about anything you would need. It was very clean, furnished wonderfully, and the view from the condo was beautiful. The kitchen had every thing you need . There were 2 and 1/12 baths . and a lovely living room to sit and relax or watch a big screen TV. There were TV's in both bedrooms as well. We could not have been happier about our stay and would go back there again to have fun and relax . This condo was wonderful and the owners were also great when I had questions they were there to answer them and be supportive We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great time , you won't be disappointed..... Wonderful!

My family stayed for 5 nights while my children attended a nearby summer camp and we worked. We had a wonderful stay! Everything was set up beautifully so that our stay was effortless. The place was spotless and extremely comfortable in every way. The location was great - close to great runs/hikes, Buttermilk Falls, Ludlow, etc - with gorgeous views. It was perfect for our family. We had so much fun. Thank you!!!

Great Stay!

We spent a few days of the February vacation week at this VRBO, and it was impeccable. The condo had all the comforts of home, it was beyond convenient to access the slopes and communication with the owner was very helpful. Would highly recommend, and are likely to revisit in the future.

Let me know if you're ever looking to sell this place :)

Booking this Ski in/out over a cheaper place a short drive away was well worth it. Great location for ski/snowboarders of all levels to wake up and head straight down to the lifts. The interior was well decorated and maintained and the refrigerator even had a few beers leftover from previous stays (which we reciprocated). The only negative notes I have would be that some of the silverware and dishware were a bit dirty (though the dishwasher was full of freshly cleaned kitchenware) and there is a thumping noise that goes on throughout the night. Unsure of whether it was a neighbor or the hot water pipes. Either way we had a blast and will absolutely be returning for another trip!

Great place Best location

The condo is right on the mountain by the Solitude lift. Ski in/Ski out is the right description as you walk out the door, put down your skis and you are at one of the main lifts. The condo has everything you need. Perfect for two couples or two adults and kids. 5 min drive to town and restaurants. Cant wait to go back soon. Owner replied to all questions in minutes. Fantastic property.
