Thank you Brad for staying with us at Turtle's Nest. This home is an oasis all on its own. We hope you all were not only able to enjoy the pool, but also the outdoor living space and kitchen. The restaurants in this area are second to none. Whether it is a brunch at Blue Mabel or Shunk Gulley, dinner at Mimos, or dessert at Blue Mountain Creamery. There are so many unique shops this area has to offer. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Hi Ashley, We are happy you decided to leave us a review; However, we are disappointed that you left the review that you did and understand why you chose to leave some things out. We believe you felt hassled because this home is a non pet friendly home. It is advertised as such plainly and clearly. When you were seen entering the home with a dog, we had no choice but to ask you to remove the pet and follow up to make sure the dog was no longer on the premises. This is our responsibility as managers for the owner. We are sorry that the code was indeed incorrect when it went out to you through our automated communication. You did reach out at 5:31 p.m. and we responded with the correct code at 5:35 p.m. I know 4 minutes after traveling all day can seem like an eternity, but we are glad we could assist you quickly. Had you brought your disappointment in the cleanliness of the floors to our attention while you were here we would have happily sent the cleaner to address that. Our management goes to great extent in making sure all the information you need to enjoy the home is made available. The guest book is emailed to you 30 days before your arrival, 1 week before your arrival and then texted and emailed the day of your arrival. If you would have contacted us before the cans started to overflow the day before your checkout, we could have gladly passed the trash schedule along to you and made you aware again where you could have located it. This is the information made available to you in the guest book: "The trash pick up days are on Monday and Thursday. ALL TRASH MUST BE BAGGED to keep wildlife out. And lid must be secured on trash cans. It is recommended to take the trash out to the curb for pick up on Sunday and Wednesday evening as trash runs early in the morning. Please help us to ensure that garbage does not wait until your departure day to be taken out. Thank you" The chair in the living room was not broken upon your arrival. I know this because I am there inspecting after every departure and before every arrival. You did let us know that the chair was broken the day of your departure. Thank you for bringing that to our attention. We were able to remedy this before the next guest arrival even though given very short notice. I will end our response to your review here.
