The first floor has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, two living areas, dining area, kitchen and laundry room. Heading downstairs you will find the fourth bedroom and bathroom, and expansive game room with a ping pong table. Outside there is a large yard, screened in porch, deck, and a path that leads you straight to Greers Ferry Lake! The path is a little steep, but there are rope railings that make the walk easier.

Great Lake House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plenty of room in the backyard for yard games. The walk to the water is downhill and just a little steep. There are rope hand holds to help. The lakeside is rocky, but there is easy access to get in and avoid spot to jump in. We had a great time floating in the water. The screened in porch was a must have for the summer bugs. We loved being able to eat outside.

Great House in Great Location

Great House in Great Location. Had everything we needed. Views of the lake were wonderful (we visited in winter so no leaves on the trees) and the location was perfect to fish the river, eat, or shop. Look forward to staying here again.

Greers Ferry Lake

Accommodations were 5 star. The view was beautiful of the lake. Cute shops downtown, The house was wonderful, lots of extras and plenty of room. Very nice sitting area on the screened in porch for having morning coffee. We loved it!

Beautiful home on the lake

This was the perfect getaway for our family. The house is well stocked with most anything you will need. The kids really enjoyed the game space in the basement walk out. And the adults loved the screened in porch; perfect for morning coffee.

Great getaway location!

The lakehouse is comfortable and has everything you need along with a beautiful view of the water. You’re still close to town for a grocery run, but feel like you’re all alone in this quiet neighborhood. Looking forward to our stay next year!

The kitchen had everything we needed and the common areas were great spaces to hang out together. The absolute highlight was the water front cliffs overlooking the lake with also the ability to walk down from them to the water for those that wanted to swim. The large screened in porch was great too. Will definitely rent in the future!

A quick weekend away

We planned to meet at the house with relatives from two other cities. Due to illness, it was just my husband & me. It turned out to be a lovgetaway fir us before Christmas! The home is beautiful & we loved being right on the lake! Thank you!

Nice spot

Clean and comfortable. Lots of good spaces other than living room to visit with people. We wished for a fire pit. Also wished for soap and shampoo. There are a lot of crosses which was a bit too much for us. Fine on religion. It was a bit forced. Would stay again.

Great space!

The kitchen is a great size. The covered porch is perfect for sitting outside. The inside was clean and great for a group of 8-9. Someone mentioned in passing that the shower downstairs was underwhelming in terms of pressure and heat, but there were no complaints about the upstairs bathrooms. The walk down to the water is a little rough, but not bad at all. Depending on the water level, getting down to the actual water might require a little rock-hopping. There were a few good spots to jump into the water (10-15ish feet). Instructions were very clear and we had no need to contact the owner. We had to make a couple of trips for supplies, so this property's proximity to things like Walmart was ideal. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would consider staying here again.

Family Time 2023

Our family had a wonderful time! The house was very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the large screened in porch. We ate most of our meals at the table outside. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood, close to the lake, marinas and hiking trails. We hope to return next year!

There were 5 adults and two pre-teen children and there was more than enough room for us to spread out - which is good as the weather was too cool to be out much. We mostly ate meals in, could have used a mixing bowl and large pot for chili - very minor things considering how much we enjoyed our stay!
