This recently renovated home is the perfect space for your family & friends to gather. The main level has an open floor plan that includes the kitchen, dining area, pool table, and living room. Off the living room is the master bedroom + ensuite, guest bedroom, and a full bathroom. Heading downstairs you will find a second living area, "bunk" bedroom + ensuite, guest bedroom, full bathroom, and an additional microwave and coffee maker.

Stoney Ridge Getaway is located inside the coveted community of Eden Isle. It is only a 1 minute drive to Eden Isle Marina and a short drive to the Red Apple Inn Golf Course & Restaurant. This home sits on a beautiful piece of property and is just a short walk to water's edge. The home is also less than a ten minute drive to downtown Heber Springs where you will find restaurants, shopping, movie theater, and more!

Spacious Accomodations

This house was selected for a business group. There was plenty of room to spread out and host a large dinner. Great proximity to the club. No complaints!

Not our favorite rental

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was spacious. The porches and outdoor seating were very dirty along with the entrance. The beds are very uncomfortable. The master suite bedroom is not as expected. The sheets on many the downstairs beds are old and like tissue paper. The air vent in the downstairs bedroom is very loud making it difficult to sleep. The updates in the kitchen and baths are nice but do not compensate for the lack of attention to detail in the rest of the property. I did reach out to the manager to relay our concerns and did not receive a response.

Comfortable

We had difficulty locking the main door and there is no closet space for the lower bedrooms- no place to hang clothes. Our first morning, the property owner stopped by to let us know we could use the golf cart. He made an comment about being sure to take care of the property, which we thought was strange. We have never experienced that before. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. We would stay there again.

Annual Family Lake Gathering

Our family recently spent five nights at this Eden Isle home for our annual summer gathering—a tradition we've upheld for over 60 years. With attendees ranging in age from 8 to 62, the central location in Heber Springs worked well for everyone.The home’s open-concept layout and well-stocked kitchen made meal prep and serving easy for our group. We appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house, including reliable Wi-Fi (a must for our cousin who needed to work remotely from D.C.), the pool table, and board games that brought everyone together.While rainy weather limited our time on the deck, it still offered a peaceful spot for the early risers each morning. The extra gravel parking was convenient as we came and went from the marina and visited another family home on the island.The basement did have high humidity due to the rain, and the current dehumidifier didn’t quite keep up. We believe two more efficient dehumidifiers would resolve this issue, and it wasn’t a major drawback for our stay.Having two sets of washers and dryers was incredibly helpful with lake and kitchen towels. My husband and I stayed in the primary bedroom, and our 8-year-old slept comfortably on a blow-up mattress in the spacious master closet—close enough for peace of mind, yet tucked away for a quiet rest.All in all, this home was a wonderful place for our multi-generational family to gather. Excellent experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great time. We had it over Memorial Day weekend and it was perfect for our group. Beautiful home. Great area. Had a couple of minor things we needed help in and AVR was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
