Prime Alki Beach location on a beautiful park; walk 1 block to many, many restaurants, the beach, 1/2 block to hiking Schmitz Park, fun! Also, 1 block to bus route and bike rental, 2 miles to water taxi for easy access to downtown Seattle, Bainbridge Island, etc. Central air conditioning, fully stocked chef’s kitchen, plenty of parking, huge tv’s with cable, and more!
Kid friendly (stroller, beach wagon, beach chairs, shade tent available by request) but not totally kid proof. Tennis racquets, sports balls, etc.

Love! Beautiful, stylish house in Alki that makes you feel right at home! Close to the beach (and arcade, coffee shops, and great restaurants!) Fun for adults and children alike. Well equipped house and kitchen, including lots of toys and games for all ages. Lots of room too! Brian, our host, was a great communicator. Highly recommend!

We wanted to celebrate a birthday with four adult children all living in the Seattle area. This home and this location was WAY beyond our expectations. Room for everyone, BIG well stocked kitchen, perfect dining area, lovely indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. I especially liked the indoor plants. We walked the beach everyday, watched kids play soccer at the park. And I can't say enough about how responsive the host was from our initial reservation til we checked dsout.

I loved this house (and I don't say that very often). Very well appointed with high-end furnishings (and a terrific kitchen). It was perfect for my family reunion - plenty of utensils and plates and a great outdoor deck where we could gather comfortably. We cooked in most nights, which was easy because of the quality of the kitchen and the amount of seating available. The park across the street was great for the kids, and we spent a good amount of time at the nearby beach. The owners are more than cooperative - very communicative and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better house for my brother's 80th birthday party.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend!

We had such a great stay! The property was exactly as described—clean,Beautiful house, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, yet quiet and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out smooth and easy. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

The best family gathering home

This is a lovely home perfect for family gatherings. Not only is the home well maintained and designed, its location is within walking distance to Alki Beach, coffee shops and restaurants which was perfect for all ages. The play field and playground across street was a bonus. The main level open entertaining spaces with a chef’s kitchen and outdoor spaces made the gathering with many so pleasant. This by far was our favorite Alki rental! Will choose it next visit for family in West Seattle.

Much needed family getaway in upscale home in Alki

We enjoyed a much needed family getaway in Alki Beach, the home is well maintained with every kid item you could ever need (high chair, stroller, wagon, beach toy) you name it. There is a solid playground next door as well as quick walk to the beach. I couldn't recommend this home more as a way to really experience a vacation with small children - which we all know is hard! Brian was very responsive which we really appreciated.

Alki West Seattle Family Reunión

Wonderful location. Responsive and helpful host. Family friendly for all ages. The house is beautiful and accommodating. We spent our time at the beach, enjoying the restaurants/coffee shops near by, walking in nearby parks. Grocery stores nearby and Access to Seattle.

Amazing!

This house is absolutely perfect in a great location. A very short walk to many restaurants and the waterfront. A short Uber ride to the water taxi that takes you to the Seattle waterfront. The house was extremely well stocked with dishes and cookware. The rooms/beds were very comfortable. While we didn’t use the patio (we were there in early March) it looked like a great space to relax and gather. I would highly recommend staying and we will definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family and friends.

Fantastic House

We just spent a week at this house to visit family and attend a wedding. It was everything we wanted with 4 bedrooms, a great kitchen, and an inviting and usable outdoor space. We had a 2 year old with us and the house was completely outfitted with a kids bedroom, pack and play crib, toys and books. It was perfect. The location is also easy to access and walking along the beach and playing at the playground across the street kept us busy. The host was extremely helpful and was great with communication. I would definitely stay here again.

Very communicative

Didn’t get to stay there even one night of the four we had originally planned as we had a family emergency as soon as we got there. However, Brian was very communicative and gave us a partial refund, which was appreciated.

Cute beach house!

This was our first time to Alki Beach so we weren’t sure what to expect. We were really happy with the location of the house. It was only a short walk to the beach and a bunch of cute restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe enough for me to allow my young teens to walk to the little Bobba shop close by. The house is really cute and nicely decorated. Felt really spacious- large living, kitchen, dining area, bathroom and laundry on the first floor. Upstairs has the primary bedroom with en suite, two bedrooms, bathroom, and a mini kids bedroom. My 6 year old nephew came for a visit and thought it was amazing. The primary bedroom has a great walk in closet and shelving. There were plenty of linens, towels and extra blankets. There is finished basement set up with a sofa and tv. The house was large enough for my family of 4 so we never utilized that room. The back patio is inviting and has a nice seating area. The owner was very responsive and nice. We seriously couldn’t have asked for a better home and experience. Next time we visit west Seattle we for sure want to stay at this house!

Perfect for our family

We spent Father's Day weekend in this home and could not have had a better experience. There were 8 of us (6 adults and 2 children).The home is beautiful, clean and large enough for all of us to sleep and hang out comfortably. The kids room had plenty of toys and books with more toys downstairs. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking and more. All the beds were comfortable and the downstairs bonus room was key to keeping the little ones busy while we slept in. We loved it and would absolutely stay here again.

Fun in Alki

Awesome place to stay! Beds were comfortable and house was very clean. Nice outdoor patio area and park next door. Dog friendly, which we loved. Brian was helpful and check in was easy. House was close to beach and restaurants. Fun for all ages!
