Just redone home! Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home close to downtown Grants Pass! 2 bedroom (1 king bed, 1 twin bed) 1 bath. This house is only 3 minutes away from I-5, 10 minutes from Asante and 15-20 minute walk to some of the best restaurants, bars, and shops downtown has to offer. Living room features a HDTV w/ Fire stick & Wi-Fi. Kitchen is equipped with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, a Keurig and snacks/drinks. No smoking inside house.

10/10 I did not want to leave! The house is clean and inviting, the neighborhood is quiet and nice. I’m saving this house, if I go back I will definitely stay here. It’s close proximity to grocery stores & restaurants. It’s so easy to get around Grants Pass and the home is pretty much centrally located. I highly recommend staying here.

Great little spot!

Easy to access property in Grants Pass. Super cute 2 bed home. Owner was very communicative and the house was spotless.

Great spot

My wife, 1 year old and myself stayed here while visiting family. It was the perfect place for a small family. Great safe location and a very comfy bed, make this a place we will stay in again when we frequently visit family.

Nice home, good location to stay while exploring the area

House is on a quiet neighborhood street, easy parking. There’s a comfy couch and a large smart TV. Restaurants and shopping nearby. A/C worked well on hot days. Easy access to I-5.

Beds were comfortable and kitchen was roomy. No dishwasher or washer/dryer, but none claimed. The house was nicely decorated without being cluttered. Driveway parking was narrow but adequate for one car.

As always this stay was perfect. We consistantly appreciate the amenities in this house. Hosts are accomidating and helpful whenever there is a need. It is the best working stay we have had.

The house was very cute and comfortable for the 2 of us. Nice and walkable neighborhood. In spite of the fact that the backyard is a parking lot, it was very quiet. We brought our dog, and the only way for her to go potty was on leash in a patch of grass in the front yard.

The house was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked with what we needed. The only things we had issue with were the front door has a dead bolt but there is a mail slot about a foot to the left that looked like someone could stick their hand in it and unlock the door from the outside. The other issue we had was on one or the days we were there it was garbage pick up day and the garbage truck guys came around at 4am and made a lot of noise.

Anniversary #6 adventure get away!

We had a nice stay in Grants Pass! The house was in the perfect location to Hell Gate jet boat rides and close to hiking. We drove to Upper Table Rock Mountain for a morning hike. The house was very cozy! We will definitely be back!

Perfect little spot

Perfect little house for visiting GP. Clean and comfy. My wife loved all the cozy blankets that are provided. The spare bedroom has a little twin that was perfect for my 3 year old to have her first big kid bed night. We will absolutely check this place as our 1st choice the next time we visit. Way better than any hotel experience we have had.

The house was nice. Kitchen and bath room floors needed to be mop. The bathroom rug needed to be washed.The air conditioning vent blows directly on the sofa. We tried to adjust it so it wasn’t so cold but couldn’t. Couldn’t find a way just to turn it off. Had to cover our heads and shoulders to keep the freezing air off. Ended up coming home a day early.Other than that I would give the place a 10. Would suggest a small table at the other end of sofa to set drinks on. We did find a folding chair to put there. My husband had to set there to reach it.

Nice little home

We really enjoy our stay. Location was great. For us with family in town we were directly in the middle of two family members homes which made travel very easy. We loved that we could walk easily for morning coffee. We walked the neighborhoods in the mornings for comfort and relaxed often. Very nice. The little home was perfect size. Everything was very comfortable. A do with the bed frame in main room was not so loud. I wake up much easier than my partner and it woke her up every time I would move in bed. Very loud. Just be aware that the backyard is an office building parking lot and is busy during the week. Makes it very “unhomey” at times and loud.

Perfect Little Spot

This cozy little house was perfect. One of the most comfortable, roomy beds I have ever experienced away from home. The home is warm and inviting and the hosts have done everything to make it comfortable, from a little treat box and local restaurant info to a multitude of comfy blankets and all the little things (soaps, TP, PT, even shampoo if needed). It is a small spot, as described, but was big enough for us to babysit our grands as needed and definitely enough space for the 2 of us to be comfortable all week. The hosts were amazingly responsive from the start and very accommodating. We could not have asked for more. If I had any suggestion for improvement, it would be a few more kitchen essentials ( maybe a baking pan or a few more pots/pans or food storage options and maybe a pitcher for tea or juice to be stored). I wish there was room for laundry, because that would pout this little place over the top in my book. Overall, fantastic! We will return again, for sure.

I have lived in Grants Pass for almost 20 years and would love to tell you of all the wonderful places you can go. There is something to do each and every season and I hope I can make your stay as pleasant as can be.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This house is located next to medical buildings so during the weekdays there are a few more cars around however, while in the house it is still quiet. During the weekends there is no one around and the area is really quiet. Also, during the summers you can walk down to the community pool or walk to town. During the fall you can walk by the beautiful GP neighborhoods with all the colorful leaves or catch a Friday night football game right down the road at the high school just a short walk away. During the winter drive a few blocks up the road and get yourself a hot Dutch bros and drive around the neighborhood and look at lights! We will provide you with the map of the city Christmas viewing lights when it becomes available!
