Bienvenido al paraiso. No hay nada mejor que caminar por la puerta trasera y bajar a la playa. Este condominio bellamente amueblado tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora / secadora, 3 TV y DVD. Hay un gran balcón que se puede acceder desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. Hay escaleras que conducen desde el balcón para fácil acceso a la playa y la piscina. Esta unidad tiene un rey en el maestro, un rey en el dormitorio de invitados y una sala de literas bono para que pueda dormir 6 cómodamente.

Room was just as pictured! Views were amazing and the stairs that lead to beach were so convenient would highly recommend and we will be booking again.

Our stay was wonderful. We loved being on the 1st floor. We had our 3 yr old granddaughter so that was so convenient. The place was very clean. For improvement I would say please put a light out on the balcony. There is a light fixture, but no socket, so disappointing because I love to read outside in the evening. Also the bed in the secondary bedroom may be broken on the right side. My husband and I switched sides because he said he kept collapsing in. He weighs about 180 lbs so not obese. That said, we had a great week with family and the best weather. We met some wonderful people and made many new friends. Would easily recommend.

A few minor issues though, in the primary bathroom both sinks did not drain well and the ice maker leaves a lot to be desired. But truly love the stairs the go straight to the condo and not having to deal with an elevator.

Great Oceanfront Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great spot. Sea Dunes is a low density condo building with just 24 units. It's not too crowded, which made for a great family vacation. The pool isn't opulent, but it gets the job done for the kids. Check In and Check out was a breeze with Legacy Vacations, and I wouldn't think twice about renting from them again.

Great location with amazing view!

The condo was updated and nice and had everything we needed. It was in a great location, close to many restaurants and shopping and just steps to the beach. The view from the balcony and inside the condo was beautiful. Beds and furniture were comfortable.

Relaxing and convenient

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Dunes 102. It was just as pictured online. Totally loved being able to just walk down the steps and out onto the beach. So easy to go back inside for anything we forgot or needed later in the day. Chairs and umbrella service were excellent!

There is a convenience store within walking distance, which we really appreciated. We LOVED the beach access from the balcony. The condo comes with beach service- 2 chairs & an umbrella, we also brought extra beach chairs and an umbrella. The beach area was spacious- we never felt crowded. The condo was very clean & decorated beautifully. We had 4 adults & 2 kids, and it was the perfect size. The ONLY constructive feedback I have is that we could have used some towel hooks, but other than that it was perfect. We would definitely rent here again!

There is a gate right off your balcony so you can get to the beach super fast. The boardwalk to the beach is short. Having use of the chairs and umbrellas was fabulous. The interior of the condo was nice having recently been redone. I love brightness of mostly white interior with black hardware and soft color accents. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely remodeled condo

The condo was absolutely beautiful. The bed in the guest room really could use a new mattress and you’d really have to like a firm mattress. Other than that, this was our 2nd time staying in this unit and we love the quick access to the beach. Be prepared to watch the weather as we were on double red flags our entire trip which really was a spoiler.

Friends getaway to Okaloosa Island

I love Okaloosa island but i also love a new condo & most of the condos on the island are older. This one was fully remodeled recently & just perfect for my friend & I. We especially enjoyed being able to walk right off the balcony down the steps to the beach walk. We literally had the beach in our “backyard”
