NEW! BearHaus is a fully renovated 6 bedroom Killington chalet that is conveniently located in the heart of town in a tranquil forest setting. The Chalet is built in the classic Austrian style and lovingly renovated top to bottom with brand new modern amenities. There are two kitchens, a giant table for 16 people, one of the biggest hot tubs in all of Killington, a beautiful wet bar with wine fridge and plenty of room for everyone to spread out or hang out together.


The property is just off the Killington access road and minutes to the Killington Resort base areas as well as very close to the restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops, bakeries and bars. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.

Tons of parking and keyless enter allow for easy access to this private home.

Lawn care teams, snow and garbage removal specialists and repair people work to maintain the home. They are nice people and may need to work while you are visiting. If you like, you can ask them to return at a better time for you.

- Please cover the hot tub when not in use. You acknowledge that use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using a hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury, other harm, or death arising from or associated with use of the hot tub and hold the owner and property manager harmless.
- The bunk beds (should you choose to use them) have attached ladders to access the top level. In renting this house, you agree to hold the owner harmless for any injury, other harm, or death resulting from the use of the ladders and bunk beds.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
- Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
- The fire pit must be attended at all times when burning a fire. At the end of its use, extinguish the fire entirely.
