Verbena Stylish Modern Home

This stylish and newly renovated modern house is perfect for your next getaway! It's located in Desert Hot Springs, only 20 minutes away from the Palm Springs Strip! With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms the house is very spacious and includes all the amenities you can think of! A full open kitchen/dining area with amazing mountain views, a spacious living area and much more! The real highlight of the house is the backyard, we're talking a pool AND a hot tub overlooking Downtown Palm Springs!
The space
POOL|SPA:
Please note; regular pool cleaning days are scheduled every Tuesday and Friday between 8:00am and 10:00am.
Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
Spa only: $35/daily to 102 degrees. (On demand only and must be turned off after use) Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
Pool and spa can not be heated at the same time. If one is heating, the other one isn’t. Please notify us when you are finished with the spa so that we can keep the heat going in the pool.
Payment can be made via Airbnb or another form of payment.
**Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request.
PETS:
We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $150 is refunded at time of check out and $50 goes towards pet's stay and $25 for each following pet thereafter at least 24 hours in advance prior to check in date.
EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK OUT- We do our best to accommodate early check in and late check out requests. It is a $75 fee, as this is our the cost to get extra cleaning staff to expedite the home properly or complete linen service offsite. *All requests must be submitted prior to 8:30pm, the evening before departure.*
RESPONSIBLE RENTING:
We have wonderful neighbors that welcome you to our neighborhood, please ensure to respect them and the area around you. Note the City of Desert Hot Springs - does not allow outdoor music at anytime of day or night and has quiet hours after 10 pm where the should be no noise creating activities.

Please check out our other 80+ sister properties if you are looking for something different. We will gladly accommodate you and your group.
PLEASE NOTE: The desert can become extremely windy. Please closes umbrellas to avoid damage when not in use and overnight. Thank you, kindly.
If you are interested in pool heat, please let us know and submit payment at least 24 hours in advance, as it takes time to heat.
City of Desert Hot Springs Ordinance for Short- Term Rentals:
Music cell phone only before 8 pm. It cannot be audible at the property line or front of the house.
After 8 pm quiet hours. Please ensure zero music outside and human noise to absolute minimum.
Occupancy of max 10 overnight and additional 5 people in the daytime.
Breaking any of the city rules will result in code enforcement fines payable fully by guest and potential evictions.
If the person that booked the reservation cannot attend to their phone in case of an issue, please provide an alternative number, if we have to dispatch emergency contact, there will be $50 during the day and $100 after 10pm charge to the guest.
Please do know we do not micromanage and want you and your group/family have an amazing time and give you full privacy but these have to be observed

SWIMMING POOL WAIVER AND RELEASE OF ALL
CLAIMS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK ("Waiver &
Release")
In utilizing the swimming pool amenities ("pool"), you
Will be expressly assuming the risk, legal liability, waiver,
And release of all claims for injuries, damages, loss or
Death which you, your family members, guests, invitees
And licensees (collectively, "Pool Area Users") might
Sustain as a result of utilizing any and all amenities
Connected with and associated with the pool.
I and the Pool Area Users agree to abide with the rules of
The pool ("Pool Rules"). I Understand that landlord, its
Officials, directors, agents, employees, volunteers and
Representatives (collectively, "landlord") retain the right
To restrict access to the pool for the failure of any person
to comply with the Pool rules.
WARNING! THERE ARE OBVIOUS KNOWN DANGERS
INHERENT IS SWIMMING ACTIVITIES. FOR EXAMPLE:
PHYSICAL INJURY, AND IN SOME CASES, DEATH.
I. INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In exchange for the landlord allowing me to voluntarily
Utilize the pool, I understand and agree to:
ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS arising out of,
Associated with or related to my and the Pool Area Users'
Use of the pool, even though such risks may have been
Caused by the negligence of the Landlord;

BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR
DAMAGE which I and the Pool Area Users may sustain
while using the pool, even though such injury, damage,
loss or death may have been caused by the negligence of
the Landlord;
INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Landlord from any
And all claims, demands, actions, liability or costs,
Including attorneys' fees, which might arise out of my or
The Pool Area Users' use of the pool, even though such
Claims, demands, actions and costs may have been
Caused by the negligence of the Landlord.
a) has the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and
forever relinquishing any and all actions or causes of
action that I may have or have had, whether past,
present or future, whether known or unknown, and,
whether anticipated or unanticipated by me, arising
out of my or the Pool Users' use of the pool;
b) constitutes a complete release, discharge and waiver
of any and all actions or causes of action against
Landlord;
c) applies to personal injury, property damage, or
wrongful death which I and the Pool Area Users may
suffer, even if caused by the negligent acts or
omissions of others;
d) is an affirmative representation that I am assuming
full responsibility for any and all risk of death or
or personal injury or property damage suffered by me
and the Pool Users while utilizing the pool; and
e) is binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, my personal
representatives, my assigns, my children and any
Guardian ad litem for said children.
I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I acknowledge that by using the pool I have read this
Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and
language in it. I further understand that this waiver &
Release is intended to be broad and inclusive and
Governed by the laws of the state of California, and i
agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder
of the Waiver & Release will continue in full legal force
and effect. I further agree that the venue for any legal
proceedings shall be in the county of Los Angeles, State
of California.
I have read and fully understand the above important
information, the potential dangers incidental to using
the pool, the warning of risks, assumption of risk and
Waiver & Release of all claims, and I voluntarily choose
to use the Pool.

The home is very spacious and well equipped. The views are beautiful. The location is perfect . 20 minutes to Palm Springs and 35 minutes to Joshua tree. Overall it’s a great home.

Worst experience
We couldn’t check in , in that property since it was rented out to someone else already and she was there with her family So you guys sent us to another property which was 45 min drive And the whole point of renting this property was being close to my job site and do not drive back and forth to LA area Worst experience ever You guys need to refund the whole coast of this trip And also it took us and the property manager which was so nice and helpful to troubleshoot the heater situation for casitas area
