It's also 30 minutes away from Coachella and Stagecoach venue! Safe and peaceful neighborhood with your own private 3 car parking on the driveway, with more parking on the street. The house is very spacious, includes 4 bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds and 2 full bathrooms. The house has all the amenities you can think of! A full kitchen with a big island to eat/drink at, spacious living area (with the most comfiest couches) in front of a 80 inch Smart TV, large dining area, professional sized pool table and much more! The house has a HUGE back yard! Includes an awning covered outdoor full kitchen / barbecue area, your own private pool and heated SPA, full sized ping pong table, fire pit, umbrellas, lounge chairs, etc.. It is located in Desert Hot Springs, and is 15-20 minutes away from the Palm Springs Strip! This house is also perfect for your next golf trip, since there are so many amazing golf courses nearby!

We stayed for Thanksgiving. Had everything in the kitchen to prep meal for our family and two additional Marine couples that could not go home for Thanksgiving. Enjoyed hot tub and kids enjoyed games. TV worked great for football games.

Excellent stay for a large group

Greg was extremely accommodating, even being able to do a same-day fix of something that broke due to strong winds during our stay. Overall very spacious and beautiful home with lots of amenities to keep your group entertained. Would definitely book with Greg again!

Desert Oasis

The location, amenities, and decor of this property were impeccable. The large outdoor grill and refreshing pool were a must have for a hot weekend in the desert. I cannot recommend this place enough, all around amazing!

Great trip!

We celebrated in Palm Springs for a bachelorette trip and this house was perfect to call home for the weekend! Greg was wonderful to work with and super responsive to messages. We slept 11 adults comfortably, paid to heat the pool, and had an absolute blast! The outdoor area is amazing! Would definitely stay at this property again.

Family Getaway

The property was great! We had 7 teens and 6 adults staying there. Sleeping space was very good for such a big group. We loved all the activities (ping pong, bean bags, pool table, pool, hot tub)- so much for all of us to keep active! We paid to have the pool heated and it was kept nice and warm. It was close enough to Palm Springs to take in the activities that were there! Thank you for a great stay!!

Desert Hot Springs

Fun property for kids, both large and small! Centrally located to Palm Springs, Tram and Joshua Tree Park. House is complete with pool, hot tub, professional barbeque area and yard games for the adults and kids. Property has all the amenities. Host was particularly attentive to our needs and quick to correct minor problems (toaster replaced within 24 hours). Definitely would stay here again.

Clean, spacious home in Desert Hot Springs!

This home was a great find and perfect for an extended family get together. We really enjoyed the large kitchen and dining room table where we could all sit and share a meal together. The pool table and ping-pong table were both hits with the kids and everyone loved the hot tub. The backyard is big and well maintained and overall everything was clean and to our liking. My only comment would be that the neighborhood has a lot of dogs and we would hear barking throughout the night so I would suggest bringing earplugs or sound machines if you stay.

Amazing house!!

We had a FANTASTIC stay at this beautiful house!! It was the perfect location for us, and our whole family really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, ping pong table, and pool table! The pool was SO WARM!!!!!!!! :-) (We paid extra to have it heated, but it was totally worth it!) Thanks to Greg for being an amazing host!!

Bachelor Party for 9

Wanted to commend Greg on his property he has. Everything about his house was geared for 9 males celebrating a bachelor party weekend. His backyard is ideal for big groups and entertaining! We communicated a couple times, and he was very responsive. We all fit comfortably in his house and all slept well! The house is well furnished in all rooms, bathrooms AND kitchen. A Coachella Valley Paradise

Stayed here for five nights with a party of seven, four of which were my adult sons. The property is spacious and very clean, it is well equipped with dishes, flatware, cookware, spices, TP, soap, etc… more than I expected. All the amenities they listed were spot on, and everything worked. They care about the property as evidenced by how well it is maintained. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, and as long as you and your party doesn’t get too loud, you will have no problems. The pictures of the property are 100% the real deal. The Jacuzzi/Spa worked flawlessly, a much needed amenity. I paid extra to heat the pool at $100 per day, and it was very comfortable, worth every penny for my party. The host/owner is very easy to work with, and very nice people, even though we didn’t get to meet them. Checking in was as easy as it can get. We had a wind storm one morning that caused a power outage, when the power was restored, the internet and cable did not reset. I texted the host/owner and they called me and walked me through restarting the services. Here is the BIG question. Would I bring my family and friends back to this property to stay again? I WOULD WITHOUT HESITATION! This property slaps, it’s wonderful, it was a great experience. BRAVO TO THE HOST!

Greg is an excellent host!! The house is very clean, beautiful and well maintained. Kitchen is well equipped. We loved the pool and the hot tub! It was a rainy weekend but my group and I still had a blast. Highly recommended, we will be back!!

Thanksgiving Vacation

Enjoyed the property. Pool & hot tub were big hits with kids and adults. Location was accessible for activities off-property - Joshua Tree, air museum, tram, and downtown Palm Springs. Kitchen & outside grill had all the necessary items for meals. Really liked the outside fridge - great for beverages... kid and adult versions.

Great stay

This property was fantastic. I especially loved the backyard but the entire house was great. You can tell they put a lot of thought into this rental for their guests.

Great house especially for bigger groups

We had such a great stay at Greg's house. There were 11 of us and what I loved most is that it didn't just have sleeping spaces for a group, it was truly comfortable. Plenty of seating, plenty of dining space, plenty of outdoor furniture, etc. Everyone was very comfortable and we weren't always on top of each other. I also chatted with Greg before our stay and he was a wonderful host. Thank you so much - we had a great long weekend!

Top notch property and host!

Our experience with this property was amazing! Greg was the perfect host. He was flexible with our travel when flights didn't go as planned. He was extremely communicative, answering every question in a timely manner on a varied range of subjects. He is everything you want in a host. As for the property it was everything we were looking for and much more. First off it is beautiful with an outdoor space to die for. Great pool, hot tub, cabana, outdoor kitchen, fridge and grilling area, and plenty of seating for our entire party of 11 guests to both eat and lounge. Inside the open concept connected the group in the evenings with large tv, pool table and open kitchen with huge island. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed with all appliances we were looking for, plenty of pots and pans, and all odds and ends making it the best provisioned place we've ever stayed. We were on the go almost every day, but this would also be a great place to stay all day long and relax. As for the location it is away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to everything for a day trip. The immediate area has grocery and other convenience stores and major roads are nearby to jump to other locations. We took day trips to Joshua Tree, San Jacinto mountain via tram, Laguna Beach, Palm Springs, and the Mojave Desert. All were easy drives and beautiful. If flying through Vegas I highly recommend the drive through the Mojave as long as you have a full tank of gas, food, water, and a map. The drive is breathtaking! Rent this property! You won't be disappointed! With a great host, a wonderful property, and a great centralized location we experienced one of the best vacations we've ever had.

It is very close to other nearby cities as well, for example Cathedral city and Indio! Also nearby you can find many markets, restaurants, and Golf Courses!
