Anya was very easy to work with and answered all my questions quickly and easily ! She even helped us get a few extra fans for the bedrooms . The van that comes with the house ( as nice of a gesture as this is) , had horrible tires and we only used it the first day we got there and the last day when we returned the side by side we had rented for the 11 days we were there . We took the tire to get fixed and the repair man said this van shouldn’t be used until new tires get put on . We didn’t dare use it anymore as we didn’t want to pay to fix tires . The house was clean and had most things we needed . More seating on the decks would be nice to be able to enjoy sitting outside .

Wonderful time on a wonderful island

Anya was GREAT she had all the basic needs anyone would need. She was very easy to work with and her place was not far off of most of our sites. Big plus was also the car she provided for us. THANK YOU ANYA!!!

Getaway in the Bahamas

The house is gorgeous, there were all the utilities you could ask for. The pamphlet that we found on the counter was very helpful and informative. The only critiques that we have are, it would be nice having a jack in the car, brighter light in the spare bedroom, and instructions on how to access streaming services on the tv. Overall it was a wonderful experience and the host was very pleasant and helpful.

Très belles vacances!

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances. Endroit agréable et Anya est très rapide pour répondre à nos demandes. Grande maison et auto très utile pour les déplacements car 15 minutes du centre-ville. Nous recommandons cette place!

Great Place to stay

Great place to stay, location was good and house very clean. Only complaint would be outside seating, only loungers with out cushions. Would stay at again.

Loving the Exumas

We had a great 1st trip to the Exumas! Anya was a very helpful Host! The house was clean and met all our needs! We did have a tire blow out on the way to the beach. Anya was quick to send someone to take care of it for us!

Great stay in Exuma

The home is fantastic and newly built. Very pleasant. Everything works. And, Anya's guidance was valuable in getting around the island and finding restaurants, rides, etc. It was great to have use of the car for short trips into town.

Great pace with a Great Host

We had a wonderful time and thank our host, Anya, for taking care of us. She is the absolute best. The place is super clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Cooked us a delicious meal and always there if you need her.

Accommodating

Hist was very accommodating with all of our requests. We were travelling with an infant and she was able to get us a travel crib We always requested an early check in because of the children and the host immediately got back to us and gave us an earlier check in. Very clean and new

Tropical Oasis 🌴

We had a wonderful stay in Exuma at Anya's property! The owner is a pleasant and responsive host. The house is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The layout is spacious and light and airy. A great place to relax and hang out after a day of adventures. We were centrally located so the beaches at both ends of the islands were options, and it is an easy drive to George Town. We would be happy to stay again : )

Wonderful Property & Amazing Host!

This property is simply stunning and Anya(our host) was great to us and extremely attentive to any of our needs. I must tell you that the house looks way better in person. The property was exactly as presented on the website and was clean, beautiful, and spacious. We stayed for 12 nights and we enjoyed every day of it. We loved the privacy of this house and the area is so quiet. We woke up to the beautiful sunset from our balcony every morning. Anya checked up on us and made sure we had everything we needed. She was indeed top notch. She made our stay extra special by running to the store to pick up a few things, as well as making our check-in and out process effortless. The free dinner was delicious and she even had Craig come over to the house to make us conch salad. Anya took us out one night to the Fish Fry so we got to hand with the locals which was super fun. The car was indeed a plus for us. It got us around very well and we got to explore the entire island. She arranged a private boat charter for us as well which was the highlight of our trip. We truly had a wonderful time and will definitely be back to next year. Highly recommended!
