From the Villa’s private dock, you can moor your boat, relax with a book, or watch the turtles swimming in the bay. Just minutes away from the Villa is the February Point Beach Club, where you can wine and dine, visit the spa, swim at the beach and dip into the infinity pool overlooking Elizabeth Harbour.

The Royal Villa maintains a tropical vibe with its interior décor, while also providing guests with a well-equipped kitchen, grill, laundry room, satellite TV, WiFi, and more, in order to ensure that you feel right at home. Should you need anything during your stay, a property manager is close by to meet all your needs.

Love staying at this property for several years now but need some attention to maintenance and cleanliness. Master shower is in need of attention, garbage disposal backed up, furniture in very used condition and grill not working properly

Amazing Vacation!

The villa was perfect for our group. Very clean & well equipped with everything you need. They provided beach towels, rafts, floaties, & there is a cooler to use if you need it. (We brought our own of all of the above because we weren't sure what they would have) There are also a couple kayaks as well. Sasha was quick & attentive to answer any questions we had. Overall, everything was fantastic & we would definitely stay in the Royal Villa again!

Royal Villa 2 week stay

We loved the Royal Villa. We have stayed in 2 other villas in February Point and this was our favorite. We hope to be back next year.

The Royal is a gem

The Royal is a large home located on the water in February Point. The home is beautifully furnished and very spacious. The views from the porches are spectacular. We rented a boat which we kept at the dock and the location of the home is convenient to many nearby attractions.

Great House - Wonderful Time

My two daughters (9 & 11) and I stayed here for a week. We had a wonderful experience. The house can accommodate a much larger party than ours. We rented a boat from Brown’s Marine and kept it tied up at the house’s dock. The kitchen is great and has all the gadgets you’ll need. There are five or six turtles in the cove that swim around the dock. My kids had a great time with them. I’d give this property a 10 out of 10.

Royal Villa

Nice property, great to have dock for boat rental. Beautiful views, comfortable bed. Good food at restaurant on site. Wifi signal weak, unable to use tv, but we were not there for tv anyway! First time in the area, wish the community was walking distance to town!

Beautiful home & amazing location!

Villa FF is in one of the best locations on Exuma! It’s inside of a gated community-February Point. There are two pools within walking distance to the house. The main pool is situated with the restaurant, The Rusty Anchor. There’s also a hot tub and small private beach there. Good and drinks can be served at the pool. It’s a nice area. There’s also a smaller pool that’s closer to the house-it’s newer and very private. There is an ocean view from both pools which is also nice! As far as the house goes, the house is spacious, has gorgeous views, en suites for all 3 bedrooms. Previous guests had left floats and snorkeling gear. There are also two kayaks and a paddle board which are awesome for exploring the lagoon behind the house where we saw the resident sea turtles every day! It’s also has quite a lot of jelly fish on the sea floor so be sure to wear water shoes! *NOTE if you’re renting a boat, the tide gets VERY low in the afternoon/evening. The house is nice but old, the primary shower leaked and was not usable while we were there. The shower in the downstairs bath also didn’t work well. The island was without water for several days while we were there but the house has a reserve tank which was nice! The house strikes me as having been beautifully custom designed about 15-20 years ago. It needs some attention but it was still a great place to stay. We were also given a partial refund for the shower and water issues. Once resolved, we would def stay here again!

We had a great time with our family. The house was well furnished with plenty of room. We had a dock for a small boat with great access to the harbor and Georgetown. The views were incredible We will be back!

Luxury living in paradise

This house is luxurious, beautiful and everything we imagined, plus! Steps to the resort beach and pool. It is beautiful! The resort has security guards at the entrance 24/7 and we felt completely safe the entire trip. We will definitely stay again! Sasha was there to answer all of my questions right away every time. Better than the pictures

We spent 7 nights at the Royal Villa and it was even better then we hoped for. The views from the second floor are amazing from every direction and we enjoyed relaxing on the wrap around veranda while catching site of sea turtles and a possible lemon shark. The interior of the house is very nice and the bedrooms are huge. We will definitely consider coming back if we are in Great Exuma again.

Great house and location

Would definitely stay here again! House was gorgeous and had all we needed. Turtles and lots of fish swimming right up to the dock daily. We rented a boat and kept at the dock for several days. Feb point was a great location and we enjoyed having the restaurant and pool onsite. Great trip!

Great home for family

This home was perfect for spring break with 2 teenagers and 2 tweens. Kitchen was big and well appointed, washer and dryer worked great, easy to rent a boat and tie up at our dock, beds were comfortable, loved having the pool and beach club. Some of the kayak paddles were broken and trash was left on the dock but I mentioned to Sasha and it was immediately taken care of. We would def rent this home again.

Sasha the mgr was super responsive & helpful! Beautiful Villa and loved the beach club, pool & on site restaurant. Definitely renting a boat for a few days is a must do to explore the gorgeous surrounding area & hit Chat n Chill!
