Equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation at beautiful Orlando. The outside grill can be used for an additional fee of$85 per stay. The pool heater can be used for an additional fee of $35 per night (minimum of 3 nights). The owner will make exceptions for dogs less than 15 pounds depending on the situation for an extra fee of $50 per night.
Air conditioner should be not lower than 70 degrees Fahrenheit and not higher than 78 Fahrenheit. We understand light cleaning is part of vacation, but if the home is left excessively dirty (beyond reasonable use), additional cleaning fees may apply. $50.

      •   Wash used dishes or load them into the dishwasher. No dirty dishes should be left and no garbage should be left inside the house
No parties or events are allowed.
No smoking is allowed.
