We had a great week at this home located in a safe & quiet neighborhood. It’s fully equipped with anything you may need. Very clean, spacious, easy check in / out process. We had great weather and spent a lot of time out on the lanai. The lanai feels very private and the pool is a great size. It’s conveniently located close to restaurants and stores. The owners are easily accessible and will do whatever they can to make your stay as perfect as possible. We would definitely stay again.

The place was very nice! It was well stocked. The owner responded immediately to any question including sending a local resource over to help us with an issue. It was very clean and spacious! Appliances were high end and furniture was very comfortable.

We are relocating to the Punta Gorda area and traveled down for 9 days to looks at homes in the area. The host was super communicative and helpful when I mentioned the reason for the trip! The entire process was easy, the location was great and close to everything, and it made us decide on getting a home in the same area. The place was clean, well-stocked, and had great amenities! Would stay here again.

Great 2 week vacation

We always come to punta gorda every year to visit family and have stayed in many Vrbo homes.This is by far the cleanest, most beautiful Vrbo we have stayed in. Pool is actually heated and great very clean. Easy and close to everything around. Neighbors were non existent/ quiet. Tom and Amanda were very helpful when needed and very friendly and nice. If this Vrbo is available for your stay I would 100% grab it if possible.

Best VRBO ever

If you are ever in the Punta Gorda area, stay here! Best location, nicest house with pool, and we had the absolute best time! We highly recommend this VRBO house and would absolutely stay here again!

A beautiful house

This is our second time staying at this location. The house is perfect for a family of four. The pool is great and very clean. The lanai is also very nice. It's one of the nicest VRBOs we've stayed in. Would highly recommend.

Amazing Property!!!

Having never stayed at a VRBO, I really didn’t know quite what to expect. What looked to be a small house, had an amazing amount of room! All of the furnishings were super comfortable in the fits and finishes or modern and look to have just been done! there were two family/living room areas… This worked incredibly well for my husband who needed to keep working while we were there. He took the front room and the rest of the family took the back. That worked out perfectly for our 4 month old baby. The property was very clean. There were excellent instructions. We had everything we needed for an incredible 15 day stay! Any questions I had were answered very quickly by Tom, our host. After weeks of staying in hotels, having such a spacious house with a pool was an incredible treat! We would stay there again in a heartbeat! If you are looking for a Vrbo, and this property is available, snatch it up! You will not be sorry!

Welcoming home away from home!
