This was a nice spacious condo, rooms were clean and the beautiful. The listing had stated that it was within walking distance to DollyWood - this is not true- the map shows an opening that is not there and you would have to truly walk for over an hour to get there! What a beautiful place and it was within driving distance of Dollywood!

Convenient

The upstairs has very little airflow so it was extremely warm compared to the downstairs. The Master bedroom window needs repair. You cannot walk to Dollywood as there are no sidewalks but it is only about a 7 minute drive.

nice stay

We had a great stay overall. The location was perfect and we loved the pool. The powder room toilet would not flush, there were crumbs on the floor in the kitchen and a bowl out of the cabinet that still had food on it (presumably after going through the dishwasher). Everything was comfortable and we enjoyed watching the Dollywood fireworks and drone show from the balcony.

Overall Great Stay

Overall, it was great for our family. The description was off in having a room on the main floor, which was a reason we picked this with older family members. It was fine but perhaps change that in the description. Also, not sure what was going on with the air conditioner, but it definitely needs to be looked at. It was rather warm most of the time, even with the thermostat set at 68, specifically upstairs where the sleeping quarters are.

Perfect Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg Location

Condo is huge and in a great location off the main strip! The game room/den actually felt like a 3rd bedroom. Everything was very clean, though we do agree with a former review, the carpets really need cleaned. Unit was well maintained, furniture in good shape and the indoor pool was perfect for our littles. We would definitely stay again!

Dollywood fall trip

Condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable for seven people. Great location close to Dollywood. Kitchen only had basics so definitely need to bring your own supplies to actually cook. The hot tub was closed for the season but we still had access to the indoor pool and sauna. Overall great place to stay!

Perfect

Just here for 2 nights, but it was perfect. Perfect accommodates for us 5 with 3 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. Each person could sleep separately and comfortably. And perfect location to everything, especially dollywood. Easy in and easy out. Made our little getaway relaxing and fun

Great place for Dollywood!

Perfect place to stay if you are going to Dollywood or Splashy Mountain- which is what we did and had a blast. The kitchen is kinda bare bones (missing measuring cups, bowls, cups) but we made due. The place could use a new AC, the upstairs level was pretty warm- we visited in July.

Nice, convenient condo close to Dollywood

Great stay. Was clean and accommodating. We enjoyed the game system and the big screen tv. A few minor issues were that the master bath does not drain well and the upstairs was still hot even after setting the air to the lowest possible 68 degrees. Other than that it was a family friendly condo. Would stay here again.

Condo was very spacious with plenty of room! We would gladly stay again, just in cooler weather. It was very hard to cool the upstairs area, but overall a great experience.

Spacious and comfortable

Condo was in a great location. Very spacious and comfortable. Beds are comfy. Plenty of linens for a large family. Easy to check into. Hot water runs out quickly. Sleeper sofa is broken and not useable, but it sleeps 7 without it. Not a deal breaker, but all glass cups and plates etc. Not exactly toddler friendly in case you want to bring a few along. Could use a deep cleaning. Dust bunnies in corners. May be better during peak season with lots of rentals. Overall would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing

Condo was not clean. Floors not washed and I question whether they vacuumed. Two beds had hair on sheets. Couches had dog hair all over it. Bugs squished on walls. Killed multiple bugs during the stay. The condo needs new bedding and needs some maintenance and overall care. Additionally, the complex itself is dirty. The hallway to this condo is extremely dirty and needs to be replaced. Pools were cloudy and it doesn’t look like they cleaned around the pools. We decided to leave this rental and went down the road for the remainder of our stay. Deeply disappointed and I would not recommend this condo or complex.

Nice layout but dirty

Loved the location of the property. Close to everything & the layout itself was nice. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which made it convenient for whole family to stay. However, it was not clean or well kept. It didn’t look like it had been swept. When we first walked you can see dirt marks on the walk, dirt and dead bugs on the stairs, hair on the pillow case, a moldy shower curtain, the dining. Room table chairs were ripped and stained. It’s a shame- if it was maintained better if would be an excellent option.

Girls Week

We were there for our annual girls week. The location is ok, isolated and need a vehicle. The golf course next door would have been ideal for walking but limited to the golf patrons. Bare minimum for supplies, no hair dryer or dish soap to wash dishes. The bed linens in one of the bedrooms had sand. The rooms were not clean, the headboard in the master suite had thick dust. Maintenance/service also came by without notice to remove wall decor in one of the rooms. I did email the owner without a response.

Beautiful but dirty

Positive: The apartment is spacious, perfect for 7 people. Well located, just 15 minutes from Gatlinburg. Negative: The carpet was really dirty. The bathroom floors appear to have never been cleaned. The shower curtain covers have mold. The towels were dirty and the sheets on the top bunk were not changed, they were full of hair. The assigned parking space doesn’t have the number visible and because of that we were never able to use it due to other people always had it when we arrived at night.

Great location

This place was in a great location close to everything. We only had one small issue which was quickly responded too. Deck was nice to have in the mornings and evenings. Luggage carts were available with no issues. Beds all comfortable. Plenty of towels provided. 2 sleeper sofas which we did not use. I did appreciate the sheets were packaged up so we knew that they were clean Minor recommendations: Sweep under the beds, couches, and corners. Wrapper under couch and dust under bed. Buy some material and recover the kitchen table chairs. Looks like a cat clawed them. Buy some cups at Old Time Pottery. Lacked drinking cups. Just a few heavy ones that were tall. Not enough for even 6 people, and you definitely don’t want kids holding them, so we just used the wine glasses, and we always bring cups from home. Steps are slick going upstairs so be careful with kids and elderly. Would absolutely recommend staying here again.
