This newly built modern home is tucked in a peaceful wooded lot just minutes from the action of downtown and area beaches. This spacious home offers the perfect space to gather with friends and family while also offering a private space for everyone. The main floor boasts an open concept kitchen, dining, living space that overlooks the patio with outdoor dining, seating and hot tub. This home features four bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom and flat screen tv. On the lower level there is yet another living area complete with game table. This home is the perfect place to relax and get away while being just minutes from all the area has to offer.

Wonderful modern farmhouse stay!

My girlfriends and I rented this house for a long weekend and it did not disappoint! The house is better than the photos and was the perfect gettaway, close to downtown.

Beautiful clean modern home

My sisters and I loved the house; it was spacious and clean and had a great yard overlooking a wooded area. We sat in the hot tub and watched the deer in the yard. The house is minutes away from great restaurants and shopping; perfect for a girls get away.

Newer, comfortable, wooded property

6 adults and a toddler stayed prior to a family wedding nearby. We were comfortable, loved the deck and fire table. Definitely would return and recommend. Good communications with property managers.

Great place for families to reunite

It was a beautiful space for multiple families to stay together and connect. The house was maintained well, very clean, with no issues. With infants under two, one complaint was easy access to the staircase going downstairs, so renting a baby gate would have been useful. The backyard had a nice place to sit and relax with a hot tub and grassy area to run around in. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood that you can't really walk around in, but was only a short drive to the town where it was very walkable. Beach was less than 15 minutes away and river was very close. Not many amenities outside of some toilet paper and one roll of paper towels, so making trips to get the essentials is needed.
