Bienvenido a Riverdance, un refugio frente al mar con impresionantes vistas de 270 grados del lago Kalamazoo y el río, + humedales naturales. Amplio concepto abierto completamente renovado en el '16. Piscina abierta desde finales de mayo hasta el 1 de octubre. Riverdance ama entretener y relajarse. Recuéstese en una tumbona para tomar el sol o retírese al gran porche con mosquitero para observar aves / botes. The house was lovely, with a very peaceful, scenic location. Plenty of space and beautifully decorated. The host had great communication and hospitality. He answered any questions promptly and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. Made us feel very welcome. The hot tub was a real bonus, close to the home with towels waiting for us. House is nicely updated, would love to stay again. Just 5 minutes from downtown Douglas with cute shops and eateries, and only 10 minutes from Saugatuck.

Another Amazing Stay at Todd’s House in Saugatuck!This was our fifth year staying at Todd’s house, and once again, it did not disappoint. The home was spotless upon arrival, which always sets the tone for a relaxing vacation. The setting is absolutely gorgeous—peaceful, scenic, and perfect for unwinding with the family.The pool continues to be a highlight for all of us. Whether it’s morning swims or afternoon lounging, it adds so much fun to our stay. It’s become a tradition we all look forward to every year.Todd’s home truly feels like a second home to us now. We’re so grateful for the care and consistency he puts into making it a welcoming retreat. Already counting down the days until next year!

Beautiful, Peaceful, Comfortable Retreat!

I can only repeat what other reviewers have said, Riverdance is a outstanding retreat! Clean, comfortable, well decorated, relaxing home that was a pleasure to be at! I made the reservation for our annual girlfriends vacation, and all loved it, especially the warm, heated pool, hot tub and comfortable seating on the screened porch, which were the places we spent the most time. The views along the river and marshes are beautiful, and as a bird enthusiast I loved watching the blue herons, sandhill cranes, egrets, swans, just to name a few highlights. It is such a peaceful, quiet location, in a lovely neighborhood, but still only 5 minutes to Douglas and 10 minutes to Saugatuck. If you are making your first trip to this area, I hope will find this area as magical as I do, so many wonderful restaurants, lots of unique shops, and fantastic art galleries, along with the water views and opportunities for outdoor adventures, make this area one of my favorite places! The owner Todd is also incredibly nice and so responsive to any questions or concerns. I would return in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at Riverdance! Beautiful setting. So peaceful and so fun to watch the wildlife. Very comfortable seating and sleeping arrangements. Already booked again! Todd was very accommodating and a great host.

We spent unforgettable days at Riverdance. Everything was just perfect. Todd is a very kind host and the communication between us was always kind and useful. The house is furnished with extreme good taste and with everything you could possibly need. The view of the river from the garden is amazing! We will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautifully decorated, spacious, and lots of thoughtful touches throughout. The views were incredible, and we saw lots of really cool birds. Our kids loved the hot tub, too. Fantastic communication from the host and centrally located!

Peaceful getaway

This house was the perfect place to unwind and get away from it all! It was very clean and comfortable. The view is so great! It was nice to watch the birds in the morning. My family and I very much enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be definitely be coming back!!!!

Unforgettable Stay!

This was our 5th stay at Riverdance and it was nothing short of magical AGAIN. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the serene setting and beautifully maintained property. The house itself is spacious, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The pool was an absolute highlight—perfect for cooling off during the day and enjoying peaceful evenings by the water. With the river just steps away, we spent our days soaking in the natural beauty all around us. The outdoor space is incredibly inviting, with comfortable seating, a grill, and plenty of spots to relax and take in the view. Inside, the kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook meals, and the living areas were cozy and comfortable for our group. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home, from the fresh linens to the little extras like board games and puzzles. We truly didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for the perfect blend of relaxation and fun on the river!

Great, peaceful retreat

Our stay at Riverdance was wonderful! The home was very clean (I’m pretty picky about that), and had all of the necessary essentials. We really enjoyed the heated pool, the wildlife viewing and the serenity of the backyard. There is so much to do very close by for those days that we were able to tear ourselves away from the home! Todd is a great host, quick to reply and to address any issue. Already booked again for next year and looking forward to it!

Relaxing Stay

My husband and I loved the house. The layout is great and it’s very comfortable. The view of the river is beautiful and relaxing, even though the weather wasn’t the best. We lost power one night but sat and talked rather than watching TV so not a bad thing. We will definitely be back.

Riverdance Exceeds Expectations

Riverdance is a very comfortable home at the end of the street in a nice neighborhood just minutes from Douglas and Saugatuck. It is nicely situated on the Kalamazoo River with lots of bird life and great views. The home is well furnished. We enjoyed our stay here.

Definitely one to revisit!

Home and location were absolutely wonderful. Riverdance overlooks the Kalamazoo River which is home to beautiful wildlife. We enjoyed hours of fun and relaxation in the heated pool, hottub, deck, screened porch, and lounging and cooking indoors while enjoying the view outdoors. We rented kayaks for the weekend and were able to set in and out as we chose. What an awesome long weekend!

Best Rental Home We Have Ever Had

We have stayed in many rental homes on vacation and this one is by far the best. First of all, the property is beautiful, even more beautiful than the listing (which is saying a lot). The wildlife near the property is so neat. Second, the home itself is very clean and well decorated. I am a neat freak and I am really grossed when the homes we stay at are not truly clean. This one was VERY clean, and you can tell the owner takes care to keep things in good repair. It was well stocked with things like dish soap, shampoo, etc which I think was really going above and beyond since most places we have rented are very stingy when it comes to those little things. Lastly, it was pretty chilly while we were there and my kids could still use the pool and hot tub. I know the listing says the pool is heated, but in the back of my mind i was doubtful it would actually be warm enough for us to swim. Well, I was wrong. It was really heated quite a bit so my kids were able to enjoy a lot of swimming despite the chilly weather. That really made a difference in the trip and we enjoyed it so much more because of that. This is an excellent stay for anyone, but I would especially recommend it for a family. We will be back at some point!

Wonderful Riverdance

We have been to several homes as rental’s and this one is one of the best!!!! Peaceful surroundings, exceptional amenities. All the beds are super comfy! On Lake Kalamazoo in a secluded area but the short drive to Saugatuk and Douglas makes the location perfect. We will be back!

Stunning views, beautiful clean, comfortable home.

Could not be happier with this home. It is exactly as described, maybe better. The hot tub was great, and although we didn’t get to enjoy the pool, we all imagined it would be stunning in the warm weather to lounge about in, or around, taking in the beautiful river views, watching all the wildlife, including the swans and herons. House is very spacious, very clean, and comfortable furniture and beds. Screened porch would be great in the summer to keep bugs away, and watch sunrises. Full walls of windows make this house very bright and inviting. Great vacation rental! Thanks for sharing!!
