Lae Nani # 124, frente al mar, vista maravillosa, remodelada con buen gusto

Nuestra unidad Lae Nani se abre a una vista cautivadora de la playa, el océano, los impresionantes paisajes tropicales y la bahía de Wailua. Se trata de una segunda unidad de suelo. Hace poco completamos la remodelación principal con una nueva cocina, baños nuevos y muebles nuevos, que incluyen un televisor inteligente de pantalla plana y una cama king size. Elegimos esta propiedad frente a otros que están disponibles en la base de la vista, su ubicación y los jardines. Es en el segundo piso del único edificio de dos pisos de Lae Nani. Se encuentra a medio camino entre Hanalei y Poipu y aproximadamente a 10 minutos al norte del aeropuerto y varias millas al sur de la ciudad Kapa'a. La playa está adyacente a la propiedad (todas las playas de Hawaii son públicas y no se nos permite llamarla nuestra playa). Esto proporciona una buena natación y esnórquel y hay una zona de playa rodeada de lava que es ideal para nadadores jóvenes. Otras numerosas playas con más acción de las olas están cerca proporcionando una excelente surf y bodyboard.

Estamos a poca distancia de muchos restaurantes excelentes por no hablar de una muy buena panadería / café. Al lado está el club Lava Lava Beach, que es un restaurante al lado del océano y una zona de cócteles con música hawaiana en vivo. Estamos muy cerca de la recientemente remodelada Coconut Market Place con varios restaurantes informales, un puesto de afeitado y una tienda ABC que está bien equipada con artículos diversos, accesorios de playa, bebidas alcohólicas y muchas otras tiendas que venden ropa, recuerdos, etc. y varias tiendas. Que alquilamos equipos de baño y bicicletas. En otras palabras, aparte de los comestibles, uno nunca tendría que subir a su automóvil. Somos muy afortunados de estar ubicados en una ruta de uso múltiple para bicicletas del Norte del Sur, que actualmente se extiende 7 millas, la mayor parte a lo largo de la playa.

Wonderful stay and location!

My husband and I stayed here for a week on a Babymoon, it was our first stay in Kauai. We could not have been more pleased with the accommodations or the location on the island, it had a little of everything. There is a great restaurant on the beach very close in walking distance as well as a shopping center with restaurants within walking distance. When you’re ready for some island exploring there is a lot that doesn’t require a long drive. We loved the balcony with the view! The AC in the bedroom was greatly appreciated, it can get very warm during the day and it is needed at times. Definitely would stay here again!

Great Tropical Getaway

Beautiful, well maintained and very clean unit, away from any street noise with a great ocean view across the manicured grounds and pool area. The Lae Nani is located on the east side of Kauai so day trips to either the north or south shores are convenient. Also situated on the walk/bike recreational trail with many shops and restaurants nearby.

Love Lae Nani!

This is our third stay in the Lae Nani complex. The complex itself has gorgeous landscaping and the beach is wonderful. Path along the coast is a pleasant walk. Sunset view from this unit overlooking the pool (the pool was quiet most evenings). This unit is well equipped (noodles, towels, etc), very clean, and has updated furniture. The bedroom has a small portable AC unit, which we didn't need to use... ocean breezes keep the unit at a nice temp. Location offers easy access to/from airport and to either south or north island. Owner contacted us directly via email with simple check-in instructions and codes. Very smooth rental process. Laundry onsite was clean and very inexpensive (1.50/load).

Can’t Wait to Come Back!

This was our second visit and we were just as thrilled as before. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just lovely, start to finish. We loved our morning coffee on the lanai and early morning sunrise walks. Time at the cove was so relaxing and special. Our kids have insisted that if/when we return, we only stay here. Thank you for helping us create priceless family memories.

Hot and Noisy!

The condominium property is beautiful with a great pool and nice beach. The location is near several restaurants and Safeway. The unit is nicely decorated and well furnished. We could have used more towels since laundry isn’t in unit, and some of the pans were a bit rough. The awful part of our stay was the endangered wedge tailed shearwater bird that nests behind the unit. You have to Google its sound to hear how horrible their cries are. These birds are nocturnal and started screaming non stop every night around 2:30am and didn’t stop until morning when the many roosters started their wake up call. It was unbelievable! Additionally, the windows are louvered so there’s no way to keep the sound out. The other problem with the condo is no AC except for a very loud portable unit in the bedroom. It did get very hot especially in the main living area which made evening TV watching uncomfortable. The ceiling fans were helpful but some of our days the temp was in the mid 80s so it was impossible to get it cooled down. This condo would probably be fine during cooler months and when those stupid birds aren’t nesting!

Home away from Home

Stay was amazing. Condo has every amenity you would need or want. Had no problems at all with the condo, communication with the owner or facility manager. Location is perfect. For two women, we felt very safe and comfortable. Really appreciated the room air conditioner. As far as the noisy roosters and chickens….. they out number the people. It’s a way of life for the Islanders.

Beautiful view on the East side

We felt very relaxed and comfortable during our stay at Lae Nani. The property is impeccably maintained. The flora is gorgeous and it feels like you’re seeing new plants every time you walk the property. Every morning we saw the pool being cleaned. It was crystal clear and no plant droppings. The unit itself has a great view. The bed was comfortable and the AC in the bedroom was great. The lounge chairs and umbrella in the closet are a must when going to the beaches, so make sure to look for those! Some aspects of the kitchen were lackluster and more cleaning should be done on the stovetop. Overall, we’re so lucky and thankful for this to be our first experience on the island! We plan to return to the area!

a gorgeous property close to great things

The unit was beautiful. Private 2nd floor entry ( no elevator). Kitchen and living areas looked out over pool to waimea bay and mountains in distance. Could hear waves crashing and birds singing. The unit is very nicely furnished. Bed super comfy. 2 bathrooms a plus. Well stocked kitchen with nice coffee pot + espresso maker ( WOW!). We could access paved path along beach and walk to great coffee shops, farmers market Tuesdays and Thursdays plus Lava Lava Beach club and Hukilau restaurants nearby. The only down sides were could have used more towels since no WD in unit and I don't think the unit had been used or cleaned for awhile? Lots of dust on all tables. Super minor complaints. Would absolutely stay in this unit again.

We are retired educators and have raised 4 children. When the kids were younger, we came to Hawaii many times. Having visited and enjoyed the other Islands, our favorite has been Kauai for the spectacular scenery, the friendly people, the variety of activities and that it hasn't been ruined by overdevelopment. Friends recently lured us back to Kaui resulting in a renewed love for the Island and after discovering Lae Nani, we decided that this was the place for us.

We feel that Lae Nani has qualities that we did not find in other properties. Besides being ideally located, Lae Nani had the most appealing overall quality environment. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. While we are adjacent to a good swimming bearch, and in close proximity to other excellent beaches. our large quality swimming pool, and is close to the charming town of Kapaa. Located in East Kauai, the drive to either Poipu or Hanalei is not excessive. There is a tennis court on site and parking is secure. We love the excellent bike path and use it on a daily basis for walking and biking,

We are located near the Wailua River with kayaking, canoeing, and hiking. Golfing and shopping are nearby. We adjacent to a beautiful bike/multi use path that continues for miles in both directions. We are short walk to the Coconut Market Place which has a variety of good eating establishments. Nearby are a Mexican, aJapanese, a Korean,an Italian, a barbq chicken/rib, a bakery, and an excellent casual seafood restaurant/ fish market. There is a farmers market a few steps away that is he'd on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
