Lae Nani Resort Kauai #621, Beautiful Ocean View Unit on a Tropical Beachfront Oasis. This Kauai Vacation Rental is conveniently located in Kapaa Town within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and just steps to beautiful white sandy beaches. Accommodates up to 4 guests, including children and infants.

Comfortable 2 bedroom, 1 bath 2nd/top floor unit with a large private lanai overlooking the Pacific Ocean where whales can be seen in the winter months and spectacular sunrises year long. Turnkey and fully furnished 864 square feet of interior area plus a 150 square-foot patio. The unit is located above the laundry room and front office, near parking and close to the resort entrance. One of the few 2 story units on property.

There is a King bed in the primary bedroom and 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom (convert to a King bed for a fee). Portable AC and ceiling fans are  provided in each bedroom. Complimentary TV cable, parking, Internet/Wifi, credit card operated laundry room on the 1st floor. Kauai's trade winds provide a lovely breeze throughout the condo. We recommend opening the sliding glass doors on the ocean-side lanai for cool ocean breezes. Beach Gear provided includes: Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler.

Enjoy swimming or snorkeling in the ocean, relax on the beach to the sound of breaking waves, or lounge at the beautiful ocean-side pool. An outdoor tennis court and barbecues are available for guest use.

Centrally located on Kauai's scenic, Royal Coconut Coast on the east side of Kaua'i makes it easy to explore both the north and south shores of the island. Swim, surf, boogie board, snorkel, and fish on your Kaua'i vacation. Our concierge is here to assist with the fun stuff such as ATV Tours, Horseback Riding, Napali Coast Tours, Kayaking, Zip lining, Luau's and more! The oceanfront Wailua Golf Course, rated one of the top municipal golf courses in the nation, is a 5-6 minute drive away.

Rent bikes at the Coconut Market Place next door and ride to the south along the bike path across the Wailua River to Lydgate Beach Park (1.5 miles). Riding to the north, the bike path runs along 4.5 miles of spectacular scenic coastline. Take a boat ride up the nearby Wailua River to the Fern Grotto, or kayak up the river to the Secret Falls Trail Head. Explore Historic Kapa'a town with it's assortment of charming shops and restaurants. Opaeka'a Falls and the Kaua'i Hindu Monastery is just a short drive up the hill.

Walk to Kaua'i's finest eateries and restaurants: Lava Lava Beach Club, Hukilau Lanai, Sleeping Giant Grill, Napali Brewing Company, Kintaro Japanese Restaurant, Bobby V's Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria, Sushi Bushido, Imua Coffee Roasters, and more!

Lae Nani was beautiful and paceful place to spend our vacation with our two young children. The access to a protected beach and walkability to restaurants was a huge plus. The condo itself was comfortable and everything we needed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here. It was really nice,clean and welcoming Location is very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. No need to drive far to get to the beach, just a few steps away. Our host was very attentive and helpful with everything. We will definitely stay here again.

Unit is above the office, lots of conversations, coming and going. Lots of lawn/yard maintenance first part of the day. Minimal kitchen cookware. Only 1 parking stall per unit.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused by activity around the downstairs office and the lawn maintenance. The Lae Nani grounds are beautiful, and maintaining the lush tropical landscape does require regular care. While the kitchen is stocked with essentials, we’ll review the inventory and look at adding a few more helpful items. Guests are always welcome to contact our office and we’re happy to assist with special requests whenever possible. For future guests, this is the only unit in Building 6, so the area is typically much quieter after the office closes in the early afternoon and into the evening. Thank you again for your feedback, and for choosing to stay with us.

We had a great time here during our stay in Kauai. The condo itself was well maintained, clean, and as-advertised. The location was fantastic and the beach, lava rock cove, and pool make it perfect for all ages. It was always easy to park right next to the condo and the gated access made it feel super safe. Being almost exactly in the middle of the island made it easy to get around and the Wailua area has a lot of nearby shops and restaurants. Being walking distance to a JoJo's shave ice is dangerous but we managed not to go TOO many times. Also, I want to shout out the TV which is a newer LG with all the streaming apps installed on it which makes signing into your streaming services really simple.

The property was excellent. It was very clean and the grounds were well looked after. The location was amazing. It was the only unit in the building, which was located on the second floor, on top of the laundromat on the ground floor. There was also a water tap right outside to rinse off sand from the beach. Lea Nani beach on the property had a large tide pool, rock walkway, sandy beach, open ocean waves and a small snorkelling/wading pond. We were able to see a wide variety of sea life right on the property. To enter/leave the property, it had a large gate for vehicles and small gate for walking. Within a 5 minute walk to the you could access the coconut marketplace, which had a wide variety of shops, restaurants and an ABC store. You could also walk to the Kinipopo shopping village. Centrally located on the island. 45 minute drive to Hanalei bay and 35 minute drive south to Poipu. We will stay at this property again the next time we are in Kauai.

Great location and beautiful grounds! Bring towels if you need more than 4 beach/bath towels. Laundry and garbages were close to unit which was convenient. Beautiful view and quick walk to pool and ocean. There were many food/shop options in walkable distance. Wish they had a hot tub at the property. A/C worked to keep the bedrooms cool but, the rest of the house stayed pretty warm. Overall a wonderful stay!
