Luxurious and comfortable. Loved the home and location. Great for a girls trip or a family trip. Completely remodeled with a furnished basement for more room. Felt safe at all times and the communication with the host was great! Will definitely stay here again!! Loved it!!

Great spot

We had a great visit to Colton’s place. It unit is clean and huge. Plenty of parking available. We felt safe and secure, both inside and out.

Baltimore Charm

This property was spot on with the photos. Very nice & very clean. The location is close to the airport and downtown no more than a 30 min commute. Located in a nice, cozy, and safe neighborhood. No need to second guess yourself if your in Baltimore this is the ONE. If accompanying a group this is the best option. Very quick responses. I have no complaints.

This was an excellent place it was very quiet Colton is a very respectful entrepreneur and works well with his clients he answers you whenever there’s a problem I met his neighbor had to deeply apologize for noise after the funeral I would love to make this a permanent place for us in Baltimore whenever we visit

Great Stay

The property was exactly as described. Colton was responsive and a great host. We stayed to go watch an NFL game, it is about 20 minutes from downtown. We enjoyed the amenities and felt safe inside the unit.

Colton was a EXCELLENT host. The house is absolutely GORGEOUS! My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house is very spacious. I would rent again for future needs.

Property was very spacious with modern design and updates throughout the house. All the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Short driving distance to attractions and local universities. Host is very responsive, accessible, and check-in/out process was easy.

Very nice!

Very nice home looked exactly like pictures! Neighborhood was pretty quiet for the most part, host was very fast and on it when it came to communication. Overall a great property would stay again.

Great stay had a few issues but Colton responded quickly. Row house had a great layout. We were able to have one family on one floor and another downstairs.

Good for a family stay

The property had a well-appointed, large living/dining area on the main level. It also had a good sized common area in the basement that would be great for a group including tweens/teens that want a separate shared space to eat, watch movies, etc. One important thing to know is that there are NO stores/shops within walking distance, so be sure to stock up with coffee fixings, drinks and snacks on Day 1.

Very nice

In town for my aunt‘s 80th birthday celebration andThis place definitely is what the description says. the shower system is definitely the selling point for the property five of us stayed and we talked about the shower the whole time. it is not near restaurants but if you have a car and you’re driving, it’s definitely worth the stay. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and we had no problems at all with the property.

Property was clean, neat, look like yhe pictures. The neighborhood where the property was nice however the some of the surrounding area was not as comfortable. Mr Campbell was a great host, responsive to questions, I locked myself out of my own home where I left my phone with all my information on the codes. I explain the situations and helped me through it. I even called him unbeknownst to me on his anniversary and he answered my call. As for the property the showers were amazing. He supplied pots, pans, dish, iron, dish wading liquid ect. I would have like a couple of dresser draw to place my things in otherwise, I experienced many of the amenities I have a home. I would stay there again if he would have us!

Property is as described

My family and I found Colton’s place to be someone we could call home briefly. It was clean, well organized and updated from the kitchen to be bathrooms - the shower head were splendid. My mum loved it but wished she had a tv in the living room, but I told her I liked the “Gucci-art” better. Lol my wife and baby felt safe and so did the rest of the family. Would definitely stay here again.

Problems unresolved

Property was nice but had plumbing problem that prevented us from using the downstairs area for one of the 2 nights. We also were told not to use any water in the house after the backup to include flushing toilets, washing anything. I tried to get a partial refund but neither the owner or VRBO stepped up to the plate to offer any type of solution.
Water coming up from the shower and flooding the downstairs area. Plumber came but was unable to fix the problem. We were told not to use any water in the house after that.

Just like the pictures

The home is just as it is in the photos. Colton is very responsive. The showers were the star attraction lol with it's updated technology. Took a little minute to figure it out but once we did it was a great shower. The sound system was very nice and the speaker system upstairs and downstairs were dope! One thing I will point out is that the bathrooms could use a toilet paper rack and the bedrooms could use a nightstand or something to put your belongings on. Other than that the house was great!

GOOD

Pros: Colton was very responsive, the property was very clean and roomy with updated modern design especially the appliances and shower. The location is quiet and there are plenty of street parking. The bed was very comfortable, A/C work great. Cons: no electric kettle, no blender, coffee maker is for single serve only. Can't really cook a proper meal as kitchen utensils were very limited, no rice drainer, no cutting board 1 coffee mug etc. No hair dryer, No TV in the living room you would need to go in the basement or bedroom if you want to watch TV. The bathrooms could use a towel rack for hand towels and the sink has no counter space very hard for a woman to get dress. A small dresser would be nice in the bedrooms as the closets are very tiny, nice place for a short stay if you plan on leaving your stuff in your luggage.
