An open kitchen, dining, and living space encourages gathering. At One Spruce Peak, style is in the details—high-end appliances, oak cabinetry, marble countertops, and a white oak farm table kitchen island makes meal preparation a joy while the dining and living areas are inviting spaces to relax at the end of the day. The contemporary mountain ambiance is amplified with a gas fireplace with granite hearthstone and a metal mantel, floor-to-ceiling windows, Vermont-made pendant lighting, and a large balcony with views directly to Mount Mansfield. This level is also home to the gorgeous primary suite, a split king (may be set up as king or two twins) guest room with private bath, an additional shared full bath and the oh-so-fun kids' room with custom built-in bunkbeds and loads of whimsy.
