Less than a block from the beach, the home also includes access to an on-site pool, located at the end of the community's private cul-de-sac. There are some great local dining options to discover along 30A and you can explore a pristine slice of Coastal Florida at several nearby state parks, including Grayton Beach, Deer Lake, Camp Helen, and Point Washington State Forest.

At home, sip coffee on the covered front porch, and make the most of sunny skies with happy hours or alfresco meals on the back patio.

The main-floor interior features a spacious, open floor plan with plenty of room to gather. Plan family-style meals with ease in the well-equipped full kitchen, and after the day's adventures, unwind on the living room sectional to stream shows and movies on the smart TV. Modern home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
