This beautiful, spacious home is the ideal winter retreat in the heart of the mountains, with plenty of room for your group to relax and unwind under sunny skies. With two primary suites featuring king beds, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, twin bunks in the den, and three full bathrooms, everyone can spread out and enjoy the comfort.
Start your mornings with coffee on the balcony while soaking in panoramic views of the surrounding peaks and the peaceful river below. Natural light floods the open-concept living and dining areas through expansive picture windows—bringing the outdoors in, all day long.
Step outside and dive into winter adventures. Hike or bike nearby scenic trails, kayak or paddleboard on Keystone Lake, or tee off at one of the area’s picturesque golf courses. You’re just a short walk to Lakeside Village, where you’ll find shops, casual dining, and family-friendly activities, including a playground and boat rentals. The Keystone Tennis Center and Conference Center are also within walking distance, adding even more options for recreation or relaxation.
After a day of fresh air and fun, come home to a fully stocked kitchen perfect for cooking up a group dinner, then gather around the large dining table (seats 8) or kick back in the cozy living room. End your evening with a soak in one of two shared hot tubs or unwind by the gas fireplace as the mountain sunset paints the sky.
Whether you're here for the trails, the lake, or simply the serenity, this mountain home is your perfect winter basecamp!
This unit includes 1 reserved parking space in the heated garage and 1 parking pass for the outdoor parking lot, as well as use of 3 indoor ski lockers. Laundry is convenient with an in-unit washer and dryer. An initial supply of drip coffee, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, towels, and toiletries are provided.
We welcome the youngest guests with a pack n play, a high chair, kids plates and cups, and board games provided. This unit is accessible by elevator or stairs.
**Ultra-premium Linens and Ivory White Bedding** Our ultra-premium linens feature oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. The ivory white bedding showcases a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after every guest.
Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 28 years of age or older. If you do not meet the minimum age requirement, you will be contacted to cancel your reservation.
STR Rental: 23-R-00005: In accordance with the Summit County Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests agree that the maximum number of vehicles allowed for overnight parking is 2, and the approved number of bedrooms is 3, and the maximum allowed occupancy is 8.
