Down by the Beach!

This clean and comfy Beach House is the perfect place to get away and relax with the whole family.  Located just a short block away from the beach and near popular walking trails and community park, the home is the perfect sanctuary for the active family or group of friends.  There is plenty of space in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch style home that sleeps 8.  Guests love to walk down to the ocean to catch the sunset, before a short walk to catch live music at the local brewhouse before coming home to wind down around the fire pit or in front of the fire place and television.

Amazing place just down from the beach. "Mom" clean and easy access. Only downside is it's right on highway 1. Noise isn't an issue really but I could see that bothering some. Our family loved it!

"Girls" getaway!

Our group has been having a getaway every year for the past 20 years. This property is clean, convenient and comfortable - easy access for a walk and close to getting to other communities. The owner, Mitchel was accessible and helpful - we will stay there again!!!!

Great Weekend!

Great house in a great location! House is conveniently located, park/nature reserve (two blocks away) excellent for walking, beach is amazing. Spencer’s for local produce and groceries, can’t beat it!

My daughter is a freshman at Cal Poly; we brought up a few of her friends from home and she brought a few new friends from college for a beach weekend in Morro Bay! We had the best time!

Beach friendly home

We spent Memorial Day at the house and loved being within walking distance to the beach, the very quiet neighborhood, and the welcoming atmosphere of the home. Overall, a great place to stay for welcome rest and adventures.

Convenient & comfortable

Beautiful property from inside out. We really enjoyed the back yard and spent most of our time there whenWe weren’t at the beach. Walking distance to beach was nice and we appreciated the wagon to help haul the kids stuff. Thank you!

Great house close to the beach

This was the perfect size getaway for our family week visiting grandparents. We especially loved the backyard hang out area. My only request would be to have a later check out given how many things we needed to tidy and clean up before leaving.

Beautiful yard looks at the rock, the house is well laid out.

We enjoyed the fire pit each night. The beach was close and our grandchildren were able to walk there. We will come back again next year. Thanks Mitchel and crew.

Rock Star view

Great home base while visiting the Central Coast. A brief check in mix up was quickly corrected and the whole Rockstar team made our family stay an awesome experience. Amazing view of the Rock from the dining room and backyard. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Beach rental

This was a perfect rental in Morro Bay. It was a close walk to the beach, lots of trails/walking paths and bike paths. The house was in perfect condition and we enjoyed cooking our meals in the kitchen. It was so quiet at night, we slept until 9 am! This is our favorite rental in Morro Bay and we can’t wait to come back to this paradise!

We really had a great time. The backyard was big, and the fire pit was great. The place had all the amenities, like bikes, dart board, beach equipment, and more. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was a little small but worked. being close to the highway did not bother us, still fairly quite.

Nice comfortable home near beach

Communication and check in process very easy. Location is very nice - couple blocks from the beach. However home does border Hwy 1 which can be noisy depending on traffic but during our Fri- Mon stay it quieted mostly at night. Parking was ample and off street. Backyard was nice and view of Morro Bay Rock was awesome!!! Kitchen was well appointed except stove could be updated - a challenge to cook with … very vintage. Location is nice for exploring the area - overall would recommend it.
