Sleeps 10 only with inflatable queen on living room floor. Easy to find house with plenty of parking, 1.25 acres of property, and outdoor tent with seating. Located directly adjacent to the town park with basketball and tennis courts, soccer and baseball field, and play equipment for the little ones. Minutes from multiple vineyards, dining and downtown village. Water company hiking trail access from adjacent park. Only 15 minutes to New Haven , 20 minutes to beaches, multiple state parks within 15-25 minutes.

The host had excellent communication, everything was very organized from start to finish. The house had everything we could have possibly thought of amenity-wise and so much more! Extremely clean and comfortable. If we have the need to stay in the area again, we will not hesitate to book this VRBO!

Perfect house for our Christmas in CT with family. The house is just as described. It was clean, comfortable, pet friendly, in a good location and we were gifted homemade maple syrup!Anthony is a fantastic host! He checked in with us multiple times prior to the snow storm to let us know he would be over early in the morning to take care of the driveway. We look forward to returning again.

This totally exceeded our expectations and made a wonderful day even better. We came in the day before my baby shower to prep. The kitchen had everything we could have needed and then some. The beds were super comfy, with large tvs in each room. Everything was so clean and well organized and the host was great. The crowning jewel was the backyard space where we held the baby shower. We had plenty of space to layout the food, with power to accommodate the few crockpots used. There was plenty of spacious seating to accommodate everyone and even had the firepit going by night's end. Did I mention the variety of charging cords for both iphones and droids? That definitely came in handy. So glad we chose this location and would absolutely stay again.

Everything was perfect. The owner was incredibly communicative and helpful. I had never stayed in a rental house before and was pleasantly surprised by how well equipped the kitchen and cleaning supplies were. I hosted a small 80th birthday party for my grandmother and everyone raved about how great the house and yard were. I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience. The park next door and gas station across the way were also great features.

Anthony is an excellent host. This beautiful, and well appointed, home is a pleasure to stay at. This is my second stay and I look forward to many more. My two dogs love being able to run in the spacious backyard - which also features a canopy covered entertainment/relaxation area...where I sat and enjoyed my morning coffee.

Perfect Stay

We had stayed at Anthony's property in 2023. It was nice then but now it's spectacular. So much has been added to make your stay a memorable experience. We had a blast making S'mores outside. FYI Takeout from Tavern (Millponds) down the road was A.

quaint house with a great yard amenities

house was a little smaller than we thought, but the 4 of us fit comfortably. overall, it was a perfectly fine stay, no issues. rated 5 stars because there were no issues and anthony was a great communicator. the primary bed was pretty sunken in, so that could have been a little better. and the only thing that was didn’t necessarily enjoy was that the majority of the cabinets and all the closets except those downstairs were locked, which led to us having groceries and bags spread through the house, but those are the only things that we thought could have been better. overall, still a 5 star stay

Beautiful Home in a great location

My family and I had a wonderful week long stay at this beautiful cozy home. Plenty of amenities in the house to make everyone happy. The convenience of 3 bathroom with a large family was wonderful. The location was great for everything i meeded. The park next door is a great addition to get the kids outside. Thankbyou so much for the great communication and hospitality

Wonderful House

We stayed here for 3 weeks while waiting for our home to be ready, and it was a wonderful stay. The house is so comfy, beautiful park and trails, and the backyard is loads of fun. Amazing host who responds immediately and is very kind. 100% recommend!
