Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Close to UOP and Park City ski resort. Very comfortable, lots of room to spread out for a family of 4. Lots of Garage is short for a full size truck.

The Newpark Townhome was ideal for our family of four. There was plenty of room for our two teens. We loved hanging in the living room next to the fire playing board games. The home is conveniently located next to walkable restaurants and shops. It is also a short drive to Canyons Village if you want to ski. Overall, great stay!

Great place & great location
We loved it time in this townhome. Waking up every morning to a beautiful sunrise over Swaner Preserve was an additional bonus. The property has everything we wanted or needed. The management was very responsive to any issues we had. The proximity to Kimball junction was also a big plus.

New years stay
We enjoyed the homes clean accommodations and space for everyone to spread out and relax. The trail in back with the nature reserve brought a secluded feel. We found everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The hot tub was usable for most of our stay. Wish it could’ve worked better the whole time. Would stay again.

Great Stay in Park City
We loved our stay at Newpark in Park City. we thought at first it might be not very convenient but found the location to be excellent, very walkable, with restaurants, shops, groceries, and a movie theater. the Park City free bus system gets you to the slopes seamlessly. The townhome itself was just as advertised, very clean, and we loved the hot tub. SkyRun was great to work with. Overall a great experience, and we can't wait to return.
