Encontrará este increíble condominio de dos dormitorios y tres baños convenientemente ubicado en la espectacular Reserva Natural de Swaner. Este condominio fue construido en 2011 y cuenta con 1,500 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable que ofrece vistas espectaculares desde ambos pisos y muebles acogedores. La unidad tiene capacidad para hasta siete huéspedes cómodamente para un gran retiro de vacaciones.

La suite principal tiene una cama king-size, un gran baño privado y una terraza privada. También disfrutarás de la televisión por cable, completa con reproductor de DVD. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales, así como un baño completo. El loft tiene una cama doble y también encontrarás un sofá cama en la sala de estar.

Te encantará la cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos y encimeras de granito. Incluso puede disfrutar de cocinar en la parrilla de barbacoa que se encuentra en uno de los dos balcones privados. Great place to stay close to the canyons. 10 minute drive when there was no traffic. Private hot tub and your own garage were a nice added a touch to comfort and convenience. Would definitely stay there again!

Great Newpark location condo

Great place for ski vacation with family

We loved the house! Good equipped kitchen, gas fireplace and hot tub helped to relax after the whole day in the mountains. Perfect location with many bars and restaurants in a walking distance. Would return!

Beautiful place

We had a delightful time at this property. Spacious and beautifully decorated, it included everything we needed for our week of vacation. Our only drawback was that the sun came in to the bedroom window earlier that we wanted to wake up.

Awesome location and great stay overall. A couple items to address: Pull out bed was nasty, Filled with cereal. Master bedroom sheets had hairs all over them.

Could use some upgrades

My husband and I stayed here for a staycation and I expected a bit more that we got. The master bed was super comfortable but the couch was so worn out it was painful to sit on. The coffee maker was half broken so you couldn’t set it to brew in the morning and still had to heat your coffee in the microwave after. The master shower head needs to be replaced as not all of the little holes spray water and the water everywhere takes forever to heat. Overall it was a decent place but not for a staycation where you want to hang out there the whole time.

Solid - parking was only issue

I'd stay there again. The only issue is that we had a Ram 2500 and it was a tad too long for the garage. We had to leave the garage door open each night.

Great Unit and location

The unit was very clean and well appointed (for example the owner even provided laundry detergent so we didn't have to purchase any). We were very comfortable there and the location is 5 minutes from the lift at Canyons and about 10 minutes to the lift at Park City. There is very convenient shopping and restaurants within walking distance of the unit.

Last stop on 3,000 mile road trip

This place was a great place to crash and catch up on sleep and laundry before driving the last stretch home. Kids loved the Olympic park.

Always a great stay!

We enjoy visiting Park City and getting in our snow fix for the season every year. This is our favorite place to stay. It’s comfortable and convenient, close to stores and great restaurants. Will definitely be back again!

Close to resorts

Nice place. Perfect for our group of 5 which included 2 kids. The upstairs sleeping areas tended to stay very warm. This is good or bad depending on what you like. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Skiing is a short drive. Deer valley is about 20 minutes away. Other resorts are closer. Overall good experience for us.

Nice property, well appointed with everything we needed. Location worked well for us as we wanted to hit multiple resort including Little Cottonwood Canyon. Easy to get into Park City. Very comfortable and private.

Girls week September 2017

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was perfect and the condo was clean, comfortable and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi. The quick response from Miguel at Park City Rentals made our day! We had to move from another condo unexpectedly our second day in Park City, which happened to be on a Sunday and Miguel made it happen for us. His professional, friendly attitude was top notch. He went above and beyond to ensure our condo was move in ready and the jacuzzi was properly working. We can't thank him enough for what he did. We will definetly rent from Park City rentals again.
