This lovely retreat is in a great neighborhood in North Naples near dining options, a shopping center, stores, and grocery stores, and within two miles of Wiggins Pass Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park.

This well-appointed duplex shares a sparkling heated outdoor pool with the other duplex on-site. This is a wonderful perk, especially if you are staying during hot summer days and would like an instant refreshment! There is a huge backyard with a beautiful lawn and a stone patio with a propane grill for warm-weather barbecues. The beautiful screened porch overlooks the pool and provides a great source of shade and comfort with an inviting seating area and a mini-fridge. Take advantage of the four adult bikes provided and go for a ride around the neighborhood!

Inside this air-conditioned home away from home, you will find a breezy open floor plan seamlessly combining all living spaces. Unwind with your loved ones in the living room while watching an entertaining show on the large TV. Want to surprise your friends with their favorite recipes? Then, put on the chef's apron and show off your cooking skills in the well-equipped kitchen! A washer/dryer on-site allows you to pack as light as you would like and the free high-speed WiFi works wonders when it comes to staying in touch with your loved ones back home.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
