Remodeled, fully furnished, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a sofa sleeper located in a community with beautiful bay views and steps to the beach. The unit comes with a covered parking. Fully equipped kitchen, new appliances, washer and dryer in the unit, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, smart TVs, Wi-Fi are all included. The Vanderbilt Beach Rd beach access is OPEN, just steps away from the unit. The neighborhood includes the Ritz Carlton Beach Resort. The Buzz’s Lighthouse restaurant is open and steps away from the condo. Mercato shopping center, Publix and Whole Foods are all less than 2 miles away.

The unit was well equipped and had a nice view of the harbor. Comfortable beds and furniture. The pools was under reconstruction as was most of the grounds, which contrary to what we were told to expect when we booked the room. The work appears close to being done and the pool area will be nice once the work is completed. The other challenge is the tremendous number of work trucks on the road to the condo. The Ritz Carlton Residences is a massive, loud project that detracted from the ambiance of the unit and building as a whole.

I understand how this can impact the overall experience, and I appreciate your patience as the community completes these improvements. The good news is that the work is nearly finished, and the pool area will soon be a wonderful amenity for all guests. Regarding the surrounding construction, the Ritz-Carlton Residences is indeed a major project in the area. While it brings some temporary noise and traffic, its presence also adds tremendous long-term value to the neighborhood. Fortunately, our bay view remains completely unobstructed, and the beach is just a couple of minutes away for a peaceful retreat. We truly appreciate your stay and your comments, they help us continue improving.

Great 6 nights!

The location is great, and the property was very nicely. Updated! It had a nice balcony over the bay that we enjoyed and again the location was outstanding.! Property manager responded immediately if we had any questions… I would highly recommend this property and it is a good value!

This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The condo is immaculate, updated, and spacious. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The beds are super comfortable, the host was very communicative and helpful. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This was a great rental!!! The host were very communicative & answered any of my questions. We were able to check in early & the unit was very clean, modern & had all the beach necessities (beach chairs, towels, umbrella & cart). It was a quick 5 min walk to the beach. We look forward to staying here again!!!

Great short get away

We had the best time! The condo is spacious and clean. We played the provided board games each night and enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony. The fresh air and view were exactly what we wanted. The pool and hottub were closed (due to a hurricane, I believe), but thay didn't bother us as we were beach bound every day, and it was lovely! Would definitely come back. Thank you!

Lovely fresh updated decor. No problem with beach parking---it's short easy walk to Vanderbilt Beach. Bay east view from back patio. Good security. Watch the new premier Ritz condos rise out the front door. Excellent Location! Location! Location!

My husband and I recently stayed at Sharon's condo. It was beautifully decorated, clean and supplied with many great items. We especially loved that she provided beach chairs and beach towels since we were traveling via airplane. She was pleasant to communicate with and immediately responsive.

Comfortable, convenient beach stay

Nicely updated condo, great back porch with bay views, condo has everything you need for the beach and is very close to public beach access. Can walk to good restaurants and also very close to Whole Foods and mercato restaurants. Large construction project going on adjacent to the property but it was not loud or disruptive. Host was very helpful and communicative.

Exactly as pictured

The place was beautiful. Everything looked brand new. The small extras were great, i.e. basic supplies like toilet paper/paper towels, beach chairs, cooler bag and ice packs, umbrella and a wagon to get everything to the beach which was only a short walk. There is major construction going on across the street but that is in front of the building. The balcony in the rear of the bldg faces the water. Great spot to sit and watch the beautiful sun rise.

X MAs in Naples

I proceeded to book this trip prior to Hurricane Ian with the intentions to get R & R to end the year. Regretfully, the HOA appeared to lack necessary funding to fix the elevators which required long walks up and down stairs with heavy luggage. Also, although the pool and deck appeared fine, the gates were locked restricting access to even sit on a lounger if if we couldn’t swim. Essentially, no fdd as outbid Linda, but going didn’t a different time may have made better sense. The owner was extremely helpful and super helpful and tried to be accommodating as possible. They have a clean unit that has been well maintained. If they want to rent during this rebuilding phase I suggest they consider some incentives as the amenities were not avsilsblr. A few suggestions if I owned the unit. Fresh batteries at door lock, fix internet connection which was lost daily in master, garbage disposal, more coffee, possible optional shopping service plus fee to generate revenue, Good trip. And Sharon was wonderful. I would recommend.
