Sapphire Condo 707 es un condominio de propiedad privada ubicado en el séptimo piso de los condominios más nuevos y lujosos en South Padre Island. Los condominios están ubicados directamente en la playa y nuestro balcón al lado del océano ofrece vistas espectaculares del Golfo. El balcón del lado de la bahía ofrece una hermosa puesta de sol y una parrilla eléctrica.

Decorado profesionalmente, el condominio brinda un ambiente cálido, relajante y libre de estrés. ¡Una cocina totalmente equipada convertirá incluso al cocinero menos experimentado en un maestro chef! La sala de estar incluye un TELEVISOR Samsung Samsung NUEVO JUNTO CON NETFLIX ¡Solo tiene que llevar su información de inicio de sesión de Netflix y continuar viendo sus favoritos de manera desorbitada! (¡Solo recuerda cerrar la sesión!)

¡El dormitorio principal ofrece una lujosa y lujosa cama tamaño king con vista al golfo a través del gran ventanal! El gran baño principal ofrece dos lavabos, amplia cabina de ducha, bañera de hidromasaje y gran armario.

El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas queen size, mientras que el tercer dormitorio tiene una litera doble. ¡Todos los colchones en cada habitación son tan cómodos que no querrás salir de la cama! La sala de estar y tres habitaciones incluyen un televisor de pantalla plana. Cada habitación también viene equipada con un ventilador de techo. Además de Internet de alta velocidad, el Condo 707 está equipado con acceso Wifi. El segundo baño es bastante grande y también ofrece dos lavabos.

Las comodidades de Sapphire hacen de este un destino de vacaciones muy popular para las familias. Además de la playa y todas sus actividades relacionadas; Sapphire ofrece una espectacular piscina de 300 pies, una sala para adolescentes equipada con mesa de billar, tejo, futbolín, máquinas de pinball y computadoras, además de un teatro con capacidad para 24 personas. Un gimnasio muy bien equipado y un spa de clase mundial también están disponibles en el primer piso.

Un cuarto de servicio se encuentra en la unidad con lavadora y secadora. También ofrecemos una tabla de planchar y plancha y secador de pelo en ambos baños. Además, proporcionamos juegos de mesa, videoteca y una Nintendo Wii ACTUALIZACIÓN: Si bien proporcionamos un WII para su placer, debido a la deshonestidad pasada y al robo de todos los juegos ... SE LE REQUERIRÁ QUE PROPORCIONE SUS PROPIOS JUEGOS WII. ! Entonces, incluso si llueve ... ¡aún puede pasarlo bien! ¡También encontrarás un reproductor de DVD en cada habitación!

Great family accommodation

Our stay was great. The condo was very clean. Cooking supplies met our needs. Pool and hot tub were great. Beach access was nice. We would have loved a lounge chair on the balcony. One of the tables on the balcony has seen better days. We were led to believe spring breakers may negatively impact our stay, but it was not a problem at all.

Great Place!

Property was just as shown and we had a great stay! The only thing that was less than ideal were the 'chairs' that you rent for the beach from the front desk. I guess I was thinking more like the kind that stretch out so you can actually suntan on them but they were literally just chairs. If that is all you want, then it's fine - or rent from one of the beach services. Other than that small thing, the stay was great and would for sure stay at this rental again!!!

Spring Break Getaway

This was our first trip to SPI. The condo was well stocked, clean, and beds were very comfortable. The view of the pool and ocean is breathtaking—my fav spot to read and enjoy coffee. The Sapphire property grounds are impeccably well kept. We loved the pool and close proximity to the ocean. The game room and theater room were a nice bonus as well for the one rainy day we had during our stay. This location will be even better once Margaritaville opens next door as it will be convenient to have a pool bar and restaurant nearby. Tori was a great communicator. We would highly recommend this property!

The best beach vacation 🌊🏖☀️

Our family had the best week at the beach! The condo is absolutely amazing and was just perfect for the 5 of us. We loved the pool and easy beach access. The view from the balcony is what sold me on this place and the pictures really don’t do it justice! Gorgeous sunrises and perfect for people watching. This condo literally has all the amenities down to a blow dryer diffuser, which I had forgotten mine. The kitchen is completely stocked with all the items you’ll need. They have all the beach chairs and toys you’ll need! The building is gorgeous and super clean. The workout room is absolutely huge and so great to use. I cannot think of one single negative thing. Tori was great at communicating with us and very easy to work with and quick to respond. We absolutely recommend this unit and would love to stay again!

Nice condo, great view.

Stay was great. Everything you need, you will find in this condo. Property was very nice...only thing I would add is that the property itself should have a plastic walkway in the soft, hot, sandy part going into the beach (plastic boardwalk). It was difficult rolling coolers through the deep, hot sand. We have been to other entries of the beach where the plastic boardwalk extends all the way to the hard part of the beach, which helps alot! The condo itself was great! thank you, Tori for the quick replies.

Summer Vacation at Sapphire

We chose this condo at The Sapphire based on previous reviews and the "little extras" within the condo....like beach toys, DVDs & games. We were not disappointed! From the condo itself to the building grounds and amenities, everything exceeded our expectations! Also, from the moment we reserved the condo up until after we checked out, Tori was always helpful and available with answers to questions or issues that came up. She always worked super hard to make sure we were happy & went above and beyond to do so------ can't say that about many hosts. Hopefully we will be able to vacation again soon in South Padre and if we do, we hope to rent condo 707 again! There is one thing I would like to mention that has nothing to do with the condo, but with the grounds. Since we had 2 teen girls with us, I wanted to make sure that they would have something light to eat during lunch/the afternoon because dinner was our time to have a large meal out. So, one of the reasons I chose The Sapphire was because we had access to the amenities at The Pearl. By reading reviews, I saw that The Pearl had recently renovated their pool area & they were suppose to have 2 choices for dining, their sit down place, Landshark Bar & Grill and also their bar/snack area called the Salty Rim Swim-Up Pool Bar. The Salty Rim states it was suppose to have hot dogs, hamburgers and more to eat. The food truck is there, but according to one of the workers when asked is that they are currently waiting on their permit to be able to serve food. The swim up bar area is open & the drinks are delicious! My girls ended up going in to have lunch at Landshark. No big deal, but just something to note.

Amazing location and hospitality!

This was by far our best vacation and stay we have had! We felt right at home at the Sapphire. Tori was the best and was available when we needed her. The condo was stocked with everything and more for our stay. The beach and the pool were so beautiful and the island had so much to enjoy and do. It was the perfect place to stay and we will definitely be returning soon! Thank you Tori and the Sapphire for your amazing hospitality!

Above and Beyond

I've never written a review on VRBO prior to now, but there was no way I couldn't qith this one! Where to start... from the first contact, Tori was so helpful and generous. This was our family's fist time being away for Christmas (and our son's birthday). As this qas probably the last year we will have the Elf/Santa magic with our son (he turned 11 whole we were there), it was important to me to have a Xmas tree at our rental. Everyone, except Tori, said NO to decorations or a tree, but Tori was open to the idea and worked with me to figure out a way to make it happen! I can't even begin to tell you what that meant me to!! Ita that kind of service that will make me refer friends/family to someone's business or, in this case, property rental. Tori's condo is STOCKED!! She has thought of everything. Aside from personal preference items, there isn't much you will need. The view... ahhhh! Watching the sunrise over the Gulf on Christmas Day was for sure the best start to my bday (yep.. I'm a Christmas baby). The condo is perfectly located. It's cleanliness was top-notch. The front desk/concierge people were incredible helpful and very pleasant. We lacked for nothing during our stay. I can't thank Tori enough for making this holiday vacation a memory that will last a lifetime!

Best spot on South Padre Island

You can’t beat the location of the Sapphire on South Padre Island, and this condo is perfect for family getaways. It’s so well stocked with everything we felt like it was our own second home. The views are beautiful and the unit was big enough for each of us to have our own space and relax. We loved it!!

Sapphire 707 is located in the WEST tower (on the right when you drive up) offering a perfect view right in the middle of the tower! Additionally, our condo - being in the middle - offers the largest balcony with optimal fixed seating for up to 8! We provide starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towel, laundry detergent, etc. We also have a small library of board games, videos and books. We also provide a selection of beach chairs, boogies boards, beach/sand toys, EZ Up and rolling cooler. A TV and DVD player is located in each room, plus a Blu Ray/DVD player in the living room! Sapphire 707 is so inviting, fun and comfortable we have alot of repeat guests who rent multiple times per year! Try us out! You won't regret it! Additionally, we offer a great discount for all returning guests! We hope you will visit us soon! We do have an electric grill on our bayside balcony available for rent! IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RENT THE GRILL - YOU MUST NOTIFY US IN ADVANCE. The fee is $125 for a 3 or 4 night stay. For a 5 or more night stay - the fee is $150. This must be paid in advance and we have a Grill Rental sheet which must be signed as well.
