This waterfront oasis is your own private retreat, encompassing over an acre of lush lawn and tropical landscaping with over 150 ft of waterfront including a private boat dock! The property sleeps 20 guests comfortably.

Pulling up to the house you will be greeted by plenty of lovely tropical flora and a beautiful view, a peek into the backyard oasis through the jasmine-formed archway. This home welcomes you inside with its elegant brick structure and hardwood floors. As soon as you walk in you will be met by a huge wall of windows, a gourmet kitchen, and a living space that opens into the lanai.

The main house has 4 bedrooms, 3 full/2 half baths, and a large gourmet kitchen, fit for any chef. It's fully equipped and has ample counter space for preparing large family meals! The open floor plan has a large screen TV, or just enjoy the view! The back lanai is fully screened and overlooks the pool area as well as the bay. There is ample dining space in the lanai and outside by the pool with combined table seating for 16. Enjoy morning coffee, brunches, or picturesque sunset dinners in this large and flexible space in this expansive backyard.

Located on the main floor is the primary bedroom with a King and Twin bed a full bath, a large walk-in shower, and a huge soaking tub. A second bedroom with a King bed is located just off the living room. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms. The first has 2 Queen beds and a private bath, the other bedroom has a king bed, twin bed with a private bath. You may find the “hidden” loft space for privacy and relaxation. Or catch a sunset on the upstairs balcony.

Just across the pool deck in a separate guest house with sleeping for up to 8 guests. The main area offers a sleeper sofa and upstairs is a Queen bunk bed and 2 twin beds and a little nook with a desk. Downstairs living space with beautiful bay views, kitchenette, full bath, and attached game room.

Here to enjoy the great outdoors? The center of the outdoor activities is the 2000+ square foot travertine pool deck that surrounds the pool and spa and connects the two units. Patio chairs, loungers, tables, and shade umbrellas are located throughout the space. You will absolutely love the backyard ambiance where you will have luscious trees on either side of you with views across almost ½ acre of the perfectly manicured lawn of the stunning Palma Sola Bay. The sunsets are incredible, either from the comfort of the heated pool and relaxing spa, the private dock on the pool deck, or the upstairs main house balcony. Take the path leading from the pool deck towards the bay and walk out onto the private dock where you can look out for some of the amazing wildlife or drop a line and fish right off the dock. No license is required from the dock and fishing gear is provided. Bring (or rent nearby) kayaks and paddle boards or put your boat in the water on one of the nearby Causeway boat ramps and anchor it at the private dock.

The property location is only minutes from the white sands and blue waters of Holmes Beach, Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach, and many more. Walking distance to the Holmes Beach Causeway, grocery stores, and public transportation. Convenient to restaurants, movies, shopping, and the local beaches, this home is perfect for those looking to enjoy all Anna Maria/Bradenton/Sarasota has to offer. Or anyone looking to escape to Paradise!

* Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
