Would Definitely Book Again :)

I really enjoyed my stay here, check in was smooth the host was helpful and it really felt like home. I felt safe and comfortable in the complex. There’s a lot of places nearby and it’s right in between the Mayo campus and Saint Marys campus which was very ideal, I was able to get around without having to drive at all. I would recommend bringing a cutting board though if you’re planning to cook at all lol. I was able to hear my neighbors and footsteps but I didn’t really mind, the floors are kind of uneven but It didn’t bother me so yea, I don’t really have any other complaints, next time I’m in Rochester I would definitely come back here and book again.

Husband's heart surgery

The unit was very clean and well stocked. I didn't care for the day bed as a couch as it was very uncomfortable. I was very concerned about the uneven floors and sagging ceiling. On our first night I got up in the middle of the night, and because of the uneven floors, basically staggered to the bathroom.

There were only plastic chairs to sit on . No couch, only a day bed to sit on to watch tv. Very uncomfortable. No body soap in the shower. Just shampoo. lots of street noise. People above us were either very heavy footed or stomped around. Not a good experience.

Much smaller than appeared. Clutter in hallway - unable to walk safely ... my husband had heart surgery and there were more stairs than quoted.

Great place and location

This apartment was so cute and quaint, everything was clean and the check-in process was seamless. I asked them to turn down the heat and they responded right away. It was a little warm up there but keeping the windows open helped no problem. It was just a short walk away from St. Mary's campus and I felt completely safe in my apartment.

great stay

Rita was a very nice host. There was a small hitch with our place and Rita was very gracious in finding a wonderful alternate place. I would recommend this host highly.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, bars, shopping center are all within few blocks from this building. Never need to worry about the parking in downtown or at Mayo Clinic Buildings, just park the car in our parking lot and walk anywhere.

Canadian Honker ( one of the best Rochester restaurant), McDonald's, KFC, Toppers Pizza, Cherry Berry Yogurt Bar, Bars, Caribou Coffee, grocery stores, Salon, Anderson Wheelchair store, gas station are all on the same road with in few blocks range.
